Really good, will they make the whole series?
We can only hope, but so far it may just make it up to freeza if they're releasing the full color prints.

Damn! For that price you could've bought J-Stars Victory Vs. for PlayStation 3 rather than BoZ which is going to eventually drop down to £10 or less.
That's true but the since Namco Bandai have stated that the pre order DLC would not be released in the future and since I missed out on preordering it on 360 and couldn't find Battle of Z with DLC for 360 on eBay. This was likely the only way I could get them.

I thought my collection was complete after getting all of the Japanese Dragon Boxes. I was wrong. After owning everything, I still had something left to get.

But now there CAN'T be anything left to get, can there? I can't afford to keep buying these things... But my maniac collector side won't let me leave it alone!

Now if I only knew what these things said >_>

Just bought the Japanese version of Super DBZ today. I had a little over 5 bucks in eBay Bucks that were going to expire soon so I went ahead and picked it up. The price came out to less than six bucks after the eBay Bucks were applied. It should be in next week. I think I did pretty well.

I actually had all 5 boxes originally, sold them once the US boxes were released. well that was a mistake.

So basically buying the JP boxes again, and now at better prices :D
I paid about $600, about the prices I see with everything it originally included on Yahoo auctions.
Shipping was free so that was a big +.

And note, image is from the ebay auction just won it 8)

I never opened the diorama originally so can't say if this is correct, and it looks like this guy never took the pieces out of this set either.
I'm just wondering if this is the way it was originally packed "he said he only opened the box to take a picture, nothing was removed" Of course I believe nobody from the ebay world.

I could only assume the announcer and piccolo are on the bottom of the box.

Two packages just came today and it was i great way to spend some of my money I now own two complete sets of the dragon boxes!! :D Tracking them down was a lot easier than finding a mirrored display case to put them all in but with perseverance comes the reward. And let me tell you rewarding it truly is!! Now I can watch my dragonboxes until my hearts content without any worries of them getting scratched and never being able to watch the show again as it was intended. :)

That looks nice what you've done for your Dragon Boxes Z Collection but the Jaanese Dragon Boxes would've certainly deserved that treatment a lot more, after all, it's the superior release (picture quality & better audio bitrate).
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

:problem: Come on, that's not cool. At this point, the US Dragon Box is approaching the ridiculous price of the Japanese one. And plus, it's understandable, with nice hard-cover Dragon Books. rs_chaosmaster has every reason to be excited and diplay his set with pride. It's becoming a hot little item.

I had no idea the Japanese Dragon Boxes were so rare. I got the DBZ and GT boxes for a fraction of the price the second US Dbox goes for. Damn, guess I got lucky!

I nabbed the march issue of Saikyo Jump (not that it has arrived yet), along with the Battle of Gods animanga (I had some cdjapan points to spare).

I also picked up the Goku edition of Battle of Z. ..Which I kind of regret at this point.

There not, you can find them just about everywhere. But this is RECENTLY! Before the US boxes were released a lot of the time they were still asking for 1K per box which isn't that bad considering the episode count. Now I can get DBZ for less than 1K for both volumes. I did pay $600 for DB dbox however the seller did say the Diorama was never touched as still perfectly in it's plastic case and box. Now the disks I can't say on as he operates a store on Ebay so it might have just came into his possession.

If you want all Dragon Boxes you can get them all for under or around $1500, the better shape they're in and if it includes the present will dictate the price.
I bought all boxes new and even sold betting on Funimation would release the other 2 series and I didn't care for the present and still don't but do want the full package.
I do want to rebuy the movies because the plastic tabs either broke or were broke before shipping, the seller had them in individual sleeves and all have 0 scratches or 0 visible scratches that is.

I just got my order of the Kanzenban in the mail. I also ordered the March 2014 issue of Saikyo Jump, Dragon Ball Kai: Ultimate Butouden for the DS, and preordered the first volume of Dragon Ball SD. On a slightly Dragon Ball related note, I also ordered the first volume of Journey to the West.
