Am I the only one who's thinking of the old Adam West Batman cartoons when I see "Outch"?

I can't lie - if that's really the case, I'd laugh. It'd be in an incredibly morbid way, but I would golf clap and laugh.

The only explanation that wouldn't be heinously stupid is that the radar was destroyed in Zarbon's attack, but that is something that should have really been explained.

That is of course assuming that the radar can pinpoint the Dragon Balls within the ship. I honestly don't remember if it can actually pinpoint in such a small area.

It can. It managed to pinpoint the exact location where they were buried by Ginyū, so finding them inside the ship shouldn't be any issue.
