Dragonball Minus will likely be about Gine,Bardock and Goku.We will maybe see how Raditz goes to some other planet.

It's possible he could have been on one of those multi-year "eventually you'll eradicate the planet" missions too.
He did mention how Goku looked like their father when he met them on Roshi's island so it is possible that, that was the first time he'd seen him.

Maybe, but the thought bubble does seem to imply that he has some knowledge of his brother's appearance. Honestly, I always took that line to mean Goku looks like Bardock overall, and not just hair. The two share a very similar physique and facial structure (nearly identical, if not outright), something that they wouldn't have known until after Goku grew up.

He did mentioned him in the EoB interview. But we know that we definitely won't see the whole family together (Bardock, Gine, Raditz, Kakarotto), since Toriyama said that they had never been all of them together.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

As Toriyama is writing it, I'm lucking forward to a comedic - non-soppy romance.

I think Gine will be, as all of Toriyama's female characters are, strong willed and dominant.

Toriyama said Gine isn't a fighter.

Bluma isn't a fighter and she basically has the same personality as the other women, so that doesn't really matter.

Bulma until today, its still one of the most interesting female characters I saw in a battle shounen.
Doesn't know how to fight but its always useful to the gang. :)
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Speaking of Bulma, why didn't she have weapons like this in Dragonball?

No, Jaco takes place within Toriyama's personal manga continuity, consisting of at least Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, Dragon Ball, Heya! Son Goku and Friends Return, and Battle of Gods.

There are no contradictions with Tights and toddler Goku in regards to this continuity. Tights apparently spends almost all of her time on the island that serves as the setting for most of Jaco because she doesn't like living the spoiled life, thus she doesn't see her family much. Planet Vegeta is destroyed two years later than in the anime and so Goku is sent out in AGE 739 instead of AGE 737. We never actually see how old Goku was when he arrived in the manga, we have some images of baby Goku, but they are all in thought bubbles of people who weren't there when he landed (Raditz and Kame'sennin).
Does Jaco actually mention/say it's Age 739? And we can assume Planet Vegeta(and Bardock) is destroyed at the same time as well?

No date is ever outright mentioned, but there is a combination of things that heavily implies the new date between Battle of Gods and Jaco the Galactic Patrolman (the latter of which was supposed to be released along side the film, if it weren't for Toriyama overworking himself.).

First off, Goku is obviously not a newborn and his birth year is AGE 737. Bluma is said to be 5 and her birth year is AGE 733. Omori also tells us as the narrator that the story happened 10 years ago from the present time for him, which is right after Bluma begins her journey, but before she meets Goku in AGE 749.

The Chozenshu tell us that Battle of Gods takes place in AGE 778 (which lines up with Videl being pregnant and Pan being born in AGE 779), while the film itself says that Beerus slept for 39 years and that planet Vegeta was destroyed while he was asleep.

749 - 10 = 739
778 - 39 = 739

Raditz can't appear in this chapter without creating a huge plot hole. In DB Vol. 17 (DBZ Vol. 1) we see that Raditz remembers his brother as a baby. But Goku isn't a baby in this DragonBall- chapter, he is at least 2 years old. Maybe we will see how Raditz was there the day that Goku was born... like in the DB Multiverse but I seriously doubt it. We might see Bardock confronting Freeza and how Goku met Grandpa Gohan.

Sure. It's in this week's/today's (April 7th) issue of Viz's digital Weekly Shonen Jump. It only costs a buck, and even if you don't have that right now you'll still be able to purchase it as a back issue for another month or so.

Or if you're willing to wait until January to have it in print...

Dragon Ball Minus, technically being a bonus chapter of Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, is actively being discussed over in the appropriate thread.
