Obviously it wouldn't affect as she is materializing in the ring, only after she has fully appeared.

Then drop the fan manga if it bores you so.

No, it is longer. Most DBM chapters have at least two matches or plot points per chapter. This chapter is entirely dedicated to the Vegeta/Raichi fight. It's still a good fight but it is longer than usual.

I tend to read and finish things I've read. To see if it improves. I do this with anime as well. Which is why I still occasionally read One Piece, Naruto(even as a huge Naruto fan recent chapters makes sick), and many more. Gives me hope. Since DBM is hit or miss at times I stick with it. It's like Kaze no Stigma manga. Sometimes good and sometimes bad.

Gohan's reaction amuses me for some reason.

I actually enjoyed the pacing of the comic recently. The only part I usually read until after it's all submitted are the specials sometimes. The specials don't really excite me, especially the recent ones. So the pacing (and the three times a week update) usually is a chore to get through. It's why I find it better to read those chapters in one go.

The main story/fight so far has been great! Also don't really have problem with the recent page. I kind of expected Vegeta to wipe most of those guys out quickly. I mean... come'on, did you honestly believe Genderbender Chick was going to last a second against him?

That's true, but I was specifically comparing it to weekly mangas like One Piece and even Dragon Ball where 18 pages is just a chapter and hardly anything gets resolved in just one chapter.

LOLLERS

Seriously, it's game time people, God's Blade should have already been out, Vegeta a delicious brunette co-ed before that, Burter already behind him/her before that, Bojak's neck snapping hands activated BEFORE THAT But nope! But I am enjoying this chapter a lot.

And though it's not a fanmanga, it is DBM, the First Helior Fanfic Chapter is out, Finally a universe not Saiyan centric is touched upon, and there is something valid people can complain about: According to this fanfic Freeza apparently sent Goku to Earth, so he will have a powerful tool once Goku conquers it, and Freeza then conveniently forgets all about him...Something is wrong here:

1) Freeza is quite the xenophobe, and already thinks low of the Saiyan Race...
2) And he chooses a baby, the weakest of the Saiyan babies in fact...
3) And controls his departure to Earth, a planet that has very weak inhabitants...
4) And expects that baby to be a powerhouse later in life

Yeah, someone needs to do a rewrite, first chapter even...But I'm still glad about U19 finally being talked about...Well eventually.

Obviously Raichi is lying a little when he says that everything is according to plan, but that doesn't mean that he hadn't thought of the possibility of Vegeta doing what he did and his whole speech is pretty much typical villain speech. Otherwise that comic was mildly funny.
It's not like I really thought Raichi's ghosts would turn against him or that he was lying. In his defense, Raichi had no idea that Vegeta would be this much stronger than every other Saiyan he's ever met in his universe. If he doesn't have a ghost strong enough to take on Vegeta then his only option left is to try and tire him down.

I know it's not your intention but some of your comments kinda comes off as condescending. It was only meant as a joke =P I'm a big supporter of DBM and it's by far my favorite fan manga. Salagir gave him opinion on some of my parodies so I know that he's not bothered or offended by them. I made this one a few pages ago. Of course I didn't think Raichi was going to summon Rigor or Tarble =P. It wasn't meant to be taken seriously.

By the way @Scarz I love your work!!! Especially the one with Yamcha and the two Saiyan women. It's all great so keep up the good work!

There is something kind of amusing about his facial expression. Once I look past that though, I can't help but feel sad based on everyone else's reaction in that universe.

And I'll agree that this chapter is starting to feel a bit repetitive, but it probably is better when read all together. I'm really hoping we do get to Hatchyack actually fighting though, since he's been mentioned already.

This is highly entertaining, I could watch this Vegeta blow things away all day. I just wonder who Raichi will send next!

I was thinking Rachi could throw out Hatchiyack but then I remembered Vegeta is SSJ2 so he should be able to handle that as well.

I am pretty sure Hatchiyack appears and Vegeta finds out too late or not at all about his 10 seconds Revenge Death Bomber or whatever it is called.

How would you feel watching your only daughter get her neck snapped only to see her ghost which will assumingly get destroyed. No parent wants to watch their child die, let alone twice.

The official Videl would be more angry than this. Obviously she would be crying, but she would also be filled with rage. Here she doesn't look angry at all, she just looks like a totally harmless person.

Perhaps a more 'canon' Videl truly would be more outraged than just plain sad, but I still don't think it's quite right to call this one a 'crybaby'. Given the situation, there's nothing 'baby' about it.

Maybe Videl during her teenage years. It's obvious End of Z Videl had mellowed out quite a bit.

Something has to be complained about, it seems. Ragging on Videl for being a mother? Yeesh.
