No, it is longer. Most DBM chapters have at least two matches or plot points per chapter. This chapter is entirely dedicated to the Vegeta/Raichi fight. It's not like I really thought Raichi's ghosts would turn against him or that he was lying. In his defense, Raichi had no idea that Vegeta would be this much stronger than every other Saiyan he's ever met in his universe. If he doesn't have a ghost strong enough to take on Vegeta then his only option left is to try and tire him down.Obviously Raichi is lying a little when he says that everything is according to plan, but that doesn't mean that he hadn't thought of the possibility of Vegeta doing what he did and his whole speech is pretty much typical villain speech. Otherwise that comic was mildly funny.
