Really?? Well someone yesterday was asking me if I would be getting Xenoverse and I was like "ehhhhhh, maybe." If this is true though, I might pre-order the thing.
It's not confirmed, but the evidence is very strong. The beta was datamined to reveal a list that likely corresponds to playable characters, each list being a 3 letter code for a character. "GOK" for Goku, "GK4" for Super Saiyan 4 Goku, "PIC" for Piccolo, etc... and one of the codes was "PAN".
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

I love it because it like a second Budokai 3, which is my favourite game.
If they didn't remove things from Budokai 3 and just added the new stuff it would be perfection. Even so, its close!

I enjoyed the cutscenes and that mini games are a must. Adventure mode is always welcome.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Funny how everyone's complaining about hard the game is yet I found it even easier than Budokai 3. That said, I found the AI in Infinite World annoying not difficult (especially regarding #18 *shudders*).

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

Never really care for Infinite World. I mean if you played Budokai 3 or Burst Limit, you've pretty much already played Infinite World. It really didn't bring anything new or exciting to the table that we already saw in Dragon Ball games prior to it. I think that's the reason the game was so poorly received. It felt like DLC being shallowly pushed as a full fledged game. Which is how I honestly saw the game as well.

For me personally, Infinite World also marked the beginning of mediocre Dragon Ball fighting games. Raging Blast 1 (meh), Raging Blast 2 (okay), Ultimate Tenkaichi/Blast (hot garbage), Battle Of Z (lazy).

That, and also the fact the AI is disgustingly difficult. Even on Regular difficulty I get my ass kicked a lot.

I don't care for the whole obstacle course bullshit in Story Mode. I wanted to play a fighting game but now you're telling me I need to collect checkpoints and crap to unlock my darling Pan?

Screw that, I'm just gonna wait and get an Action Replay to download a save with all the characters unlocked.

I loved this game a lot with those sidemissions in story mode. Those bonus fights in GT storyline were kinda nice.
But what sucked a lot were the new characters with Ultimate attacks, that you didn't had to build up in clash.
OK, it was cool cheat for you playing on hardest difficulty, but when that character was your opponent, he just kept spamming Ultimates with you unable to counter them and getting full hit.

Also, they should've left the Kaioshin and Uub in.
