I mean Vegeta and Goku had to go through years of training, get pushed by the most powerful opponents in the universe, etc., to reach where they are now.

It was explained earlier. Being the Legendary Saiyan, his mutant zenkai causes his strength to increase much more rapidly than normal saiyans (as a child, he did half as many missions as Prince Vegeta and was still almost as strong as he was). After his exile, he was raised on a war planet, fighting almost every day. Kinda like the techno fighters from DBM, they had technology to balance out their weak power levels in comparison to Rigor, and they constantly developed better technology to keep the edge on him. Once he reached SSJ5, all his previous SSJ forms' strength was drawn to the surface (like Ultimate Gohan) to minimize strain on his body, again due to his mutation

I have said many a time that his engliah voice actor would without a doubt be Dameon Clarke. I imagine Rigor having a voice similar to Clarke's portrayal of Younger Toguro from YuYu Hakusho. That is my ideal english dub voice. So much so that I have actually inquired to Clarke's agent about providing his voice for the Rigor saga trailer

I have tossed around the idea of 12-14 chapter Tankubons, so its possible.

Well, the Minisodes reflect the actual manga, so whatever occurs in the manga happens in the minisodes

Just been reading the Aladjin Saga again, and I noticed something weird:

In his first appearance on Earth, Aladjin detects both Reiki and power (or ki/chi) from the people in the city. Later as Aladjeta, he can't seem to find towns by sensing Reiki or ki/chi, and just seems to be flying around looking for another town or city by sight. Why is this if he can sense Reiki?

Is Reiki only detectable from a short distance or something? How about ki/chi; is he just not very good at sensing that?

I feel like the other characters should probably note it at some point as something weird. This demon who has such powerful magic and knows about this fundamental thing of which ki is merely a side effect, and knows how to block it in a person's body... is his deficit in actual ki sensing ever going to be brought up in the story?

I understand that the people on the lookout could suppress their powers, but he should have been able to find cities if he was up to the level of chi/ki sensing the Z fighters are at, and his Reiki sensing seems pretty short ranged given he talks about it all the time when he's near a source but can never locate it across a significant distance.

Is this ever going to be relevant, or did Malik overlook this?

Beings that have tapped into the ability to control their chi or are born extraordinarily powerful have even greater concentrations of Reiki than normal, so beings like Vegeta, Gohan, etc make perfect targets for Aladjinn. Now that he is encumbered by the need for an interim body, he doesn't currently have access to his Aspect Lord Powers (omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence), so he is forced to look for Reiki sources the old fashioned way. So in a way, yes, Aladjinn can only see Reiki when it is within his field of vision for now.
