training gains are purely plot based, so it's impossible to tell for sure.

I'll give it to Gohan, since he has greater potential and thus most likely better gains from training, and a fair lead over Trunks at the Cell Games as well.

It depends on the timing of the fusions. If that Vegetto was the same Vegetto from the Buu saga with SSJ4, I say that SSJ4 Gogeta from the end of GT is stronger. If it was Vegetto at the end of GT, then Vegetto would be stronger.

Who is this Highest Superman?

By the way, I go by SS Vegetto being stronger than SS4 Goku and if SS4 Gogeta is dozens of times stronger than SS4 Goku he is still a good deal close to Vegetto in power. I honestly can't picture how long it would last, but presumably SS4 would worn them out pretty quickly.

Though, I have a theory that maybe Vegetto's mind is better than Gogeta's, like Gogeta being an entirely different person while Vegetto sums both Goku and Vegeta.
