Without candy beam, who wins? I don't think Rage can hurt Buu and Buu should take him out with some effort. The Shadow Dragons besides Yi Xing Long, Si Xing Long and San Xing Long seem weak as hell. I wonder if they are really below SSj3 or not?

Vegeta didn't really do anything that impressive, he just caught Beerus off-guard (by getting an unexpected power-up while Beerus was holding back) & pushed him around.

Keep in mind, we don't actually know how strong Beerus is.
The power ratio between two individuals required for the stronger one to "stomp" the other is actually rather marginal, all things considered.
Beerus could theoretically only be 20% stronger than SSJ3 Goku. In which case, I wouldn't have much of a hard time believing that SSJ2 Vegeta could catch him in a surprise moment with a few good punches. We've seen that kind of thing ALL THE TIME in DBZ - see Vegeta on Recoome for instance.
Of course, this is if we take Vegeta's "I definitely surpassed you" comment with a grain of salt.
