Although I couldn't care less about the soldier battle suits I am disappointed that I won't be able to play as SS4 Vegeta. I pre-ordered the game months ago. At this point I don't think I'll bother cancelling my order but it is a pain when companies allow this to happen. It reminds me of when I got Arkham City only for the Catwoman code not to work and got no reply from WB Games despite contacting them several times. The only difference this time is that SS4 Vegeta looks like he'll remain a pre-order exclusive.
And I am happy I did, getting game for almost twice the price than it will sell here for and not getting the stuff that was the reason for my order, I would be really angry and would cancel it.
Hope you can enjoy the game nevertheless. Having these pre-order exclusives and limited is like pissing in the eyes of the buyers and I still do buy DLC.

I did my pre-order through Wal-mart for two different reasons. 1) It was a little bit cheaper there at the time. 2) I have a store locally so that if for some reason there was an issue and I needed to take care of it in person, I could go to my local store. The cheaper bit is why I didn't go for Amazon, and the issue of if problems arose is why I didn't want to order from GameStop, because there's not a GameStop in my town, and I don't have any plans to go out of town just yet (especially not with the weather we've been having as of late).
