I have officially decided that all of Scarz's work takes place in the same continuity, and the Scarzverse is now a thing. It is also one of the alternate universes mentioned in Battle of Gods, and their God of Destruction is a Dragon Ball version of Lola Bunny.

Surely as a fellow scientist, Boxer can appreciate Washu's need for scientific...exploration, lol.

I imagined we'd just swap voice actors with Baba, and Roubaa would be voiced by Linda Young, but I'm down with Washuu (good ol' Toonami days).

R63 Turtle's probably not going to be pleased though.

...I can only imagine how weird early Dragon Ball would come off entirely R63.
