(I spy a TOQGer avatar!)
Anyway, more on topic, my stubborn lack of power-gaming and insistence on "because it's cool" persists into my moveset. Why do I have Mach Punch? Because it looks pretty much exactly like Seiya's Ryuseiken...

I was around that level and got a couple missions into the Buu bit before getting seriously out of my depth...then again my character isn't well-optimised at all, so it's probably possible (also depending on your level of skill at the game, I suppose).

Okay, now I have a question to anyone whose done everything- how does the Cell Jr. Dragon Ball hunt quest work? You kill the 2 Cell Jr.'s, take their dragon balls, and then nothing happens.

There's a 3rd dragon ball. Hit R3 to zoom out the dragon radar and it'll show you were it is. The problem is it makes it look like it's outside of the combat zone. What you have to do is actually go all the way down to the ground, stop flying and move towards the ball. It's usually right there behind some dark brush. It is the most annoying dragonball hunt in the game because of how buggy it looks.

I keep struggling with any character-granted Parallel Quest that requires me to fight solo against 2 or more opponents.
Like specifically #26, "Warriors' Annihilation - Future Chapters." I can usually get through the more fragile trio of Kuririn, Ten, and Yamcha, but then in the second part, I'm helpless as Piccolo and Vegeta just completely kick my ass. Same thing for a similar quest given by Goten where I fight a bunch of Super Saiyans 1 vs 2. Any tips for these types of fights?

They can be pretty difficult except against weak enemies, yeah...I find staying mobile (either using a lot of blast attacks, especially those that are good at hitting multiple targets, or doing the dash to heavy attack to dash to heavy attack thing) can help to an extent. All in all, even if you're still outnumbered, just having a couple allies helps tremendously.

I'd normally use the air dash and attack one of them with the combo that pops up when you attack whilst dashing, and it allows you to knock one of them away whilst you focus on the other one. When the one you knocked away gets up, just repeat the process.

I think well balanced characters are a great thing to have, if this game weren't broken lol.
I decided to mix match my characters clothes instead of just wear GT Goku's clothes and I think I made the right choice. I think.

What's with people getting early access to the DLC?

(I admit I haven't actually seen TOQGer yet, mainly because I'm doing a Rider/Sentai franchise-marathon and am currently up to 1982...eheh, I'll get to it someday.)
And yeah, I find the best costumes are often due to mixing sets.

It looks like Bandai Namco released some of DLC Pack 1 on Steam early. From what I read, this wasn't the whole pack as some items were missing, like Popo's gloves not being available while the rest of his outfit is, and no announcements were made on Steam about the DLC being officially released. I don't know if this was intentional or by accident.
EDIT: Disregard the Popo example.

It's not early access. It was just released on Steam yesterday. It'll most likely be on consoles Tuesday.

Given that the Steam version released a day early to begin with, it seems to be running on a slightly altered time table for updates. I'm sure there is a technical or console-manufacturer-induced reason for that.

Why? Delayed DLC for different platforms isn't uncommon at all. Deals are made that result in that all the time.

Doesn't matter much to me. I don't plan on getting the DLC until much later on. Maybe towards Christmas. There isn't any pressing need for me to get it now, and it's always going to be available. Trying to get every Super/Ultimate and equip in the standard game is taxing and irritating enough as is without trying to grind for more stuff in the DLC. In all honesty, all I want from any DLC is just Pan and a new armor set for Frost Demons that is geared towards Blast Supers, since they're the ones that desperately needs it.

I know, and I hate that.
Deals are made that result in that all the time.
But that the thing, was a deal made here or was it released early by mistake. You would think they would announce it or something.
All I'm saying is that they need to watch what they are doing.

The DLC will drop on a Tuesday for PSN whether or not it gets released earlier, later, or on the same date as other platforms (not too sure XBL still has a scheduled store update). AFAIK, PC would have been the only platform they can delay.

1982 So your close to Masked Rider ZX territory huh? Nice! N that is also Gavan year too no? Sentai? Is it Dynaman or Bioman era?
And how the hell do people use Meter Crash endlessly? Is it a button mash thing?

Well, it's a little premature saying that they need to get their shit together, if you don't actually know why it is that there is a delay, don't you think?
