Actually, we could use "Saiyan beyond God" just, it's most likely the same form/transformation we are referecing to.

For now, while the name could probably fit as a description, no it isn't. When the multiple transformation mechanic is used in Heroes, the name of the form they change into is what pops up. If a Saiyan goes to stage one, it'll say "Super Saiyan". If they go to stage two, it will say Super Saiyan 2. So since the "Saiyan who surpassed God" name pops up on the ultimate-like state where he looks just like his base form, it means that until we get further information, that's the "name" of that form and that form alone.

Unless Uub is actually way, way stronger than the Kid Buu we knew... maybe because his soul has been purified, so he's no longer corrupted by the evil that Buu absorbed from various species over the gazillions of years he existed before Bibidi ever managed to awaken/summon him, and can now access the true power of the original Buu that we haven't actually seen at all so far (which was apparently something along the lines of a force of nature, and became evil and more destructive through exposure to evil in other beings.)

If that ends up being what they go with, I'm hoping this "primordial Buu"/Uub's full power outclasses the newly revived and powered-up Freeza just so Buu (in some form) can return to the strongest-in-the-universe slot once again. (Or at least, strongest minus Beerus and Whis, but I'm okay with those two being above everyone and I hope they don't get "GT'ed" and left behind as Goku gets even more absurdly strong.) I liked the way things were back when Freeza's claims of superiority were more his own arrogance than anything even close to actual fact, and damn near anyone who could reach the millions in the first place could surpass him with enough training (or fusions, or transformations... or just by being a Kaioshin/android/etc.)...

But Kid Boo is a pure being without absorptions don't he is? I can't see Obb being at Kid Boo level or even in the Tenkaichi Budokai I think he was gradually releasing his hidden powers while fighting with Goku and with some training he could release it all

Using SSJ against an untrained kid would be such a logical thing.
