Anyone else having this problem with Xenoverse on XB1?

For over a month now, i haven't been able to play online, whenever i start the game i just get the message...

"Your profile does not have access to online multiplayer.
The following features will not be available.
-Multi Lobby
-Online Battles and Online parallel Quests
-Timespace Delivery
-Auto Patrol"

Afterwards i get the message...

"The Dragon Ball XENOVERSE service is not available. Please try again later. Only Offline Play is available."

I've payed the monthly fee for Xbox live but i'm still having this problem, Does anyone else experience this?

I used to have that problem as well, but they patched it and I connect almost every time now. If you haven't gotten the patches I suggest you do and if it doesn't work then it might be your internets fault, not the games (although the connection is still far from perfect).

I have it on the 360 and it used to do that a lot, but then I would try again and it would work fine.
