Even so, Vegeta wins using one or the other form. As I think both Kakarot and Vegeta surpassed his 70%, but has yet to reach his 100%.

"Saiyan beyond God" is a state, pretty much like the Ultimate/mystic of Son Gohan. It is a state you achieve after absorbing Super Saiyan God powers and somehow can master it, thus allowing you to use Super Saiyan God powers in your base form. In Dragon Ball Heroes it was treated as a transformation, but in the actual movie, it seems that it is Kakarot's and Vegeta's regular base forms from now on.
"Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan" is a transformation, like Super Saiyan but using this "godly power". When you transform into the regular Super Saiyan while using Super Saiyan God powers, the hair becomes blue green-ish and it seems that rule of "Super Saiyan increases your power by 50%" no longer exists.
And I think that is wrong indeed, but I need to watch the movie to confirm this.

Zarbon is one top and kicking lumps out of Ginyu until he slowly learns how to control Goku's power. Then he slowly turns the tables and eventually grinds Zarbon down.

Ahahahaha, this is a horrific curbstomping in favor of Baby. Base Baby Vegeta would maul Rage Mode BotG Vegeta, let alone any of his higher forms.
Super Saiyan 3 Baby Saga Goku's punch only made Base Baby Vegeta smirk, and Goku in that arc was already Super Saiyan 3 tier in his base form, as displayed when he fought Rildo, who had ki greater than some form of Buu and when he blasted out of that pocket dimension.
