Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.
But Goku's still the one who delivered the finishing blow. Anyone could have easily taken Pan's spot (hey in GT, anything's possible even Trunks and Goten having babies together).
Pan's Kamehameha was the main strike, Goku's Kamehameha was just a catalyst for finish off Liu.
Explain the latter part of your post
Cool story, bro.
Doesn't need to be explained. It's GT.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I'm just about done with the concept of reboots and making shows that were products of their time and impactful "new and sexy" and in line with modern tastes and sensibilities. Let stuff stay in their era and give today's kids their own shit to watch.
I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

Legic stomps. Oceanus Shenron is weaksauce.

Hard to tell. Gohan didn't turn Super Saiyan in a fight that didn't even last a minute, meaning GT is just too inconsistent to figure these things out. God forbid actually sitting down and analyzing the material, I mean seriously! Gohan didn't turn into a Super Saiyan within a time span of 30 seconds!! That just shows in GT we can't even prove that Super Saiyan boosts your power!
Hellspawn28 wrote:Legic vs. Liu Xing Long (Oceanus Shenron) in her Dragon form?

Probably Oceanus. She managed to pin down a far stronger Goku with her wind attack, and Goku's SSJ1 form at that point surpassed his SSJ3 form during the Baby Saga.
I do feel like Legic would win since Goku had to go SSj to beat him while Liu Xing Long's wind attacks didn't hurt Goku. Goku even comment that he has been through much worst.

TienComposite runs the gauntlet! Gets healed after every opponent.
[Tien Composite is composed of four Tiens that are at 25% each. Two of the Tiens fuse via Fusion Dance. The two resulting fusions then fuse via Potara earrings. Fusion is permanent in this scenario.]
SSJ2FutureGohan wrote:'raging' SS2 Vegeta [Battle of Gods] vs. SS2 Vegeta [Beginning of GT]
Going by the events of Baby's Saiyan possession spree and Baby's difficulty with possessing Trunks due to the latter's power while Baby had no problem with Rildo, I'd probably give the edge to GT Vegeta.
This is BoGT Vegeta, who would probably be a lot weaker than Baby saga Vegeta, unless you believe that Vegeta was a lot stronger than Goku at BoGT.
I'd say something like this:
Base Goku (M2/Baby saga) >~ Base Rild ~ Base Vegeta (Baby saga) > Buuhan ~ Base Gohan (pre-Baby power up) > Super Mega Cannon Sigma > Mega Cannon Sigma (Individuals) > SS Goku (BoGT) > Base Goku (BoGT) >~ Base Vegeta (BoGT)
Well, assuming rough parity with base beginning of GT Goku, who was on even footing with Uub and I'd say it's reasonable to assume Uub's caught up to his previous Kid Buu incarnation's level due to years of training, I'd still be inclined to give the edge to GT Vegeta
