Freeza's Plan Bs generally involve "blowing the planet up." Of course, considering this Kakakrot's mental instability I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to do it.

I have to say, the artwork is absolutely spectacular.
Usually goes by "Kevtrev" elsewhere online.
Draws comics that may or may not have been inspired by Akira Toriyama's amazing manga-making skills.

Really can't wait to see what new form Vegeta invented to beat SSJ3.

He'll probably avoid using it, it would be a waste on Kakarrot. He wants to save it for his fight with the real deal.

I think Cell is still around SSJ2 level, albeit a high SSJ2 level. I think he's relying on gaining strength through his fights via his Saiyan cells. He certainly didn't get any help from Zen Buu so there's that.

This Cell was already SSJ2 level at his Cell games. For him to still be SSJ2 level, it would mean that he barely got any significant improvements in 27 years. Not to mention that even his Cell Jr was at SSJ2 level.

He's relying on becoming stronger during the tournament because he wants to win and he knows he's not a match for fighters like Vegetto.
