-The outcome between their battle wouldn't change much even with a level playing field. I've said this before, but it's shocking to see how many people underestimate Frieza's prowess on the battlefield. With his unique physical make up, he's shown that he could acrobatically leverage his physique to his advantage and move in ways that most opponents would have a difficult time keeping up with. Furthermore, his nearly unrivaled durability is a major game changer that most, if not all, opponents would have an exceptionally challenging time trumping at equal power levels.
-In addition to the fact that he's probably a fodder in comparison to the vast majority of the other fighters in the strength department, he's also probably notoriously incompetent as far as skill is concerned. Even if his opponent wasn't Vegeta, the odds would be stacked against him.
-Without his time freezing abilities, and/or psychic powers, Guldo loses instantly. Vegeta's proficiency in hand to hand combat is probably in line with Piccolo and Frieza and is only second to Goku.
-Frieza makes Kaioshin eat his words.
-Could be close. Buuhan seemed like he had a pretty neat arsenal of tricks and strategies that he obtained from Gotenks' diverse array of attacks, and Piccolo's tactical ingenuity. That said, Vegetto is a fusion of two of the top fighters in the franchise, so I'd say he takes it after a long and dragged out battle.
-If the Namekian duo manages to shatter through Hatchiyack's unique defenses, they win this with moderate levels of difficulty. Neither Super Android 13 nor Bojack have ever displayed anything that elaborated on their abilities as fighters.
-Both fighters seem like two brutes who seem to merely muscle their way into victory. Personally not a fan of either of their styles, but I'd say Broly's relentless mentality gives him the edge here.
-We didn't even get to see Tagoma fight, but if I had to take a guess, he's probably on par with Jeice and Burter. Assuming Sorbet doesn't get the opportunity to ambush any of Turles's men with his ring, both he and Tagoma get destroyed.
-Vegeta had a stunningly high power level at a young age, so it's quite possible that he earned his reputation through sheer strength more so than someone like Goku, who had to actually work on refining his techniques.
