IMO it's talking about the Universe as even Rou Kaioshin says "this time it will be the end of the world for sure". Since he said "this time" it leads me to believe he's talking about the universe, as this was the third time Goku and Beerus had clashed.

One good thing came out of Super: It's uncontroversial that Goku can own Superman now. Gods can destroy the universe in Super.. I don't think any incarnation of Superman can do that.

I'm afraid it's too soon to say it's uncontroversial. Destructive capabilities don't decide a fight per si. Goku has shown impressive stuff nowadays, but some versions of Superman are practically immortal. Perhaps someone who has read Superman's comics might elaborate better on this.

Well it depends on what versions of supes your talking goku can slaughter post crisis/n52 supes with ease but guys (pre crisis who's practically a plot device)prime one mil, and thought robot can beat goku but goku could surpass pre and prime one mil later in the series.

That may be so. I'm a Marvel expert, but I don't claim any vast knowledge of DC. The guy does seem to go a little far in underselling Kal-El, but the basic idea seems sound. Very well, I was wrong.

Regardless, take my original post, and apply it to that 5th Dimensional Superman. Same basic idea. Goku isn't trumping the imps.

No Episode 14 discussion thread yet?

Anyway in this episode we had Beerus absorbing Goku's Kamehameha? And at the end Goku stopped the Sphere of Destruction in a different way which I think was just him punching the thing.

There was no mention of Whis being stronger than Beerus in this version though not to say it's not the case.

I was hoping that we'd see a SSJG Vegeta but he doesn't seem to want any of it. No idea how he'd catch up without it or even be able to become a SSGSS so perhaps he'll change his mind before going to Whis for training.

Nope, instead we got Vegeta holding Goku avoiding him to fall in the ship when he was falling from space for second time :P

So Beerus was bullshitting? Not surprised. I guess the hierarchy of SSJG Goku - 6, Beerus - 10, Whis - 15, remains intact.
