Think about it, Babidi recruited the strongest fighters from the whole universe, Freeza didn't make the cut, Pu Pui did.

We don't know the exact date Babidi started recruiting but considering Majin Buu is thousands of years old, he had to know about Freeza's family. And no, only the 5 (or was it 4?) fighters that Baibidi had to defend his scenarios are stronger.

He has to be suppressed, Future Cell pretty much confirms future Trunks > future Androids in base.

Nice list but it pains me to see Piccolo that low after the RoSaT and for the love of god guys, get over it. Not everyone will use the "official" (which most of them don't make sense) power levels.

Thanks. I went that small to fit in line with Babidi's statment of not finding his power worth keeping around compared to the base Saiyans. Think of it like having his full potential tapped and any further strength increase to be incremental.

Very well but that scene with Babidi doesn't make sense, he can't sense Ki, neither does Dabura. For base Saiyans to be > Piccolo they had to sense there full power correct? if they did why did they sent Pui Pui to fight someone that's >= Yakon? doesn't make sense.

Shrank my levels in the Cell saga and a bit of them in the Boo saga.

Where is it? I want to start looking at other people list more, to get more insight on the series to finally finish mine.

Not gonna comment on the Daiz PL since they don't make sense but I will say this:

- Where are the two power ups Freeza did on hes second form?
- Why do you have SSJ Vegeta that more powerful than Goku in the Android saga? Piccolo said that Vegeta might have surpassed him, might.
- Wheres Semi Cell's power up?
- Super Vegeta > Initial PC?
- I think the gap between Vegeta and the juniors is a bit high.
- Goten and Trunks should be a lot closer to Gohan.
- Yakon should be a tad stronger, Gohan thought Goku might be in danger fighting alone.
- Kibito is too close to Gohan, he couldn't even lift the Z sword.
- Gotenks weaker than Piccolo?
- Evil Buu that far from Kid Buu? I really want to hear why.

- Kibito can't pick up something that Gohan can, hes weaker. I seriously don't get why the Daiz said he could give Gohan a fight, the guy has literally no feats at all.

- Goten and Trunks are very close to Gohan, it's very clear when they train for the budokai.

- Krillin, Yamcha, Roshi, Dende and Piccolo can feel ki, don't you think anyone of them would have said that Gotenks is weaker than Piccolo when he rushed to fight Fat Buu?

I think either way you have Semi-Perfect Cell far too low. He tanked 16's punch in a Broly-esque way. The gap between him and 16 should be absolutely massive compared to even the gap between him and Vegeta.

Most likely. As I said I think you scaled the android arc too high with having the androids over 500 million.

Yep, I have 17 at 400 mil. You have to scale back everyone in the Android arc to make the Cell one work.

You can fit two distinct power-ups into Freeza's second form pretty easily. They won't be huge increases, but still noticeable. Here's what I have...


Freeza (Form 2): 1,100,000
+Power-Up 1: 1,300,000
+Power-Up 2: 1,500,000
(Form 3: 2,000,000)

(Piccolo (Full-Power/"Serious"): 1,500,000)

Equals? Piccolo seem sure of himself to win, I think a gap is required. I have:

~ Fused With Nail With Weights: 1,250,000
