I honestly don't see any blatant contradiction between what the TV special and Toriyama said about Bardock's power. Regardless of what his power level was, for some reason or another he was still considered just a low-class.

I agree, 10,000 still works. Especially after this:

This rank is determined by an innate latent battle power, but naturally, if their battle power rises greatly afterward, they can be promoted.

Which was exactly what happened to Bardock, he got Zenkai after Zenkai and grew stronger as noted by that doctor. He just never got promoted for whatever reason.

I have to agree with RandomGuy96 here Kaboom. Those levels just don't work.

He did do something, get beat up by King Vegeta. He was obviously weaker than 10,000 (Baby Broly). I'll put him anywhere from 5,000 - 8,000.

I also made minor revisions to my current PL list on page 203. Most of the revisions were just minor scaling changes as a result of setting base Buu Saga Goku back to 75,000,000 (from my former 81,000,000). I like it this way; a lot of the numbers look neater (e.g. SS3 Goku is 30 billion, Super Buu is 50 billion, SS3 Gotenks is 60 billion, etc.).

So you have Post Roast SSJ Gotenks equal than SSJ2 Goku...?

Vegeta: 9,000

King Vegeta: 8,000

Bardock: 2,500

Gine: 1,000

Raditz: 750

Son Goku: 7

Avo: 40,000

Kado: 40,000

Freeza (3rd suppression): 530,000

I guess it's just preference, AT did group them in the same tier. They could even be equal.

And well you said it Guldo is too weak and Ginyu too strong. I take that quote as them rivaling Recoome, Burter and Jeice since they are rivals as well.

I have him at 18,000. Some people might think it's too much but he was made a big deal when he arrived.

Why do you place SS3 Goku above SS Gotenks & U. Gohan?

I was gonna ask the same thing. Excluding BOG It should be Super Veggeto > Buuhan > Buutenks > Mystic Gohan > SSJ3 Gotenks > SSJ Gotenks (post ROSAT) > SSJ3 Goku.

Even including BoG, there is nothing that puts SS3 Goku, and even Enraged SS2 Vegeta I would say, above SS Gotenks.

Vegeta surpassed Gohan, stupid as that is.
