Malik's power levels for Cyborgs-GT

Anyone want to spot your concerns I wrote a few but I don't want to dive deeply into it

Was there any thing that stated Fat Boo was at 1 billion. Malik is apparently having his power levels low because of this.
Mjb1985 wrote:Exactly. All you need to know is that Super Buu and Ssj3 Gotenks are close in power. Trying to take major feats from suppressed powers is a lost cause here.
D7 or D2 says they were on par at SSJ3. So are we going to follow that.

I doubt Toriyama thought to reduce the SSJ3 or any SSJ form for Gotenks.

Super Boo seems to be messing around. He isn't even angered until Gotenks calls him a name. Boo's body has always been easily blown apart or torn up. After the Super Ghost attack he has a drink as if he was never harmed at all. Boo isn't a tank, he doesn't even have to be as he can regenerate from anything. He was pretty much riding out the fight to let the boy show him some special techniques. He is pretty much just getting entertainment. In base Gotenks didn't even show him anything special as punches and kicks he can see from anybody and he's weak. The head butt thing seems to be a joke. Boo isn't even surprised that he can dodge anything either. He's just having a good time. Goku hurts Oozaru Vegeta eye with a weak blast even though it's the last of his energy. There's gotta be more than a 10x difference for that.

I don't know. Did his shield do all the work of defending him. I really don't remember.

I'd guess that he's as strong as your average old guy with a gun for a hand.
But can he match the awesome might of Farmer with a shotgun or Wily with a pistol.

Hey Ranadom you don't have Genki-Dama absorbed Goku on your list?

Nope. Forgot about it. Didn't think it really mattered. Fix'd.
You also use the Super KK multiplier but have Goku at over 900.

You have Goku at 920. You can't have that when you have a Kamehameha multiplier of over 2x or else Goku's power level will go over 1840. 920 was what he got while using the KK. The suppressed level makes more sense.

RandomGuy96 wrote:I go by the Weekly Jump issue that put 'em at 910 during the fight with Piccolo Jr, so assume he was suppressed when Raditz scouted him. It makes more sense when trying to work out pre-Raditz levels (yeah, I kind of disregarded the V-Jump ones here, but let's face it, they don't make a whole lot of sense). I don't have the Kamehameha amplifying at that time, hence why Piccolo was able to tank it.
But you have 910 as full power an Goku used a Kamehameha (x1.5) on your list. That would put him near Raditz. Wasn't this scene the introducer to attack multipliers.

RandomGuy96 wrote:Meh. That's a common fan theory, that they were suppressed and their full power only became apparent when they were using attacks.

Is 910 for the Kamehameha? I thought that Weekly Jump just listed that as his power level when fighting Piccolo Jr?
it was 924 and rising when he fired a Kamehameha against Raditz.

RandomGuy96 wrote:924 and rising? That's interesting. Guess I can give the Kamehameha tiny amplification at this time (Piccolo said the power of the technique improved drastically since the Saiyan Saga, hence the x1.5 multiplier) with 924 being his power level and "rising" being the amplification (x1.05?) from the attack. But my Dragon Ball levels are only half serious anyway, since they ignore the official ones (I'm a big official numbers supporter, but they don't make a whole lot of sense pre-Raditz). Mostly I just wanted to do them to see what I could come up with Weekly Jump's 910 as the upper ceiling; it gives more room to fit in the "many times stronger" power statements. Not all of them, though.
I took it from the compiled list on Kanzentai. Here

Herms quote doesn't mention rising after 924 even though the kanzentai guide says 924 and rising.
Chapter: 201 (DBZ 7), P6.2-3
Context: said as Goku charges up the Kamehameha.
Raditz: “Impossible!!! His battle power is rising!!! Battle power 924...!!!”
Raditz: “He…He can raise his battle power by concentrating it into a single point!!!”

I have no problem with the whole Genki thing. We have no idea how it works. It's pretty much up to the interpretation. I don't believe in 33% of ki or else SSJ3 Gotenks should have been formed to get a shit ton more than 33% of Goten and Trunks.

I thought that they couldn't form because you're not at full power when coming from the dead, and you need to be at full to fuse?

And if not, that's PIS no matter how you slice it, since no matter what, Gotenks should have more genki than Goten and Trunks.
Chapter: 515 (DBZ 321), P5.3
Context: after Vegeta says he’ll hold off Boo again, so Goku can prepare the Genki-Dama
Goku: “You’ll sta-stall for time?…Yo-you’ve just been restored to life. Your ki still ain’t full, is it?!”
I used to think so to because of Vegeta, but the line is ambiguous. I think Vegeta wasn't at full power when revivde because he already used it all up in the previous fight. He never fully recovered from the previous fight either.

RandomGuy96 wrote:Maybe, but it seems awfully convenient that he'd say "your ki isn't full" right after saying "you've just been revived". I find it hard to believe the two aren't connected.
True. But I highly doubt Vegeta got any power back at all without any healing or Senzu beans.

Well Goku does say the Genki-Dama is already huge from just Gohan and the other's which makes me think they have more Genki than other people. But the size of the ball pales in comparison to the Freeza saga Genki-Dama. I'm pretty sure 33% of Gohan and the super warriors of earth would be more than the Freeza Genki-Dama if it was just 33% of their ki.

Nothing suggests a 33/33/33 split on ki. The Super Exciting Guides states that ki is made up of things such as genki, yuki and shoki, not that those three exclusively are all ki consists of.
This.
RandomGuy96 wrote:
I'm sure he's judging on size of ki, not physical size, since he goes on to say that "even this probably isnt enough to obliterate Buu".
I mean from a visual standpoint the Genki Dama on Namek is much bigger than the one Goku had with just Gohan and friends.
