This is another that has bugged me for years. When Dende remembers that Polunga can only restore one person back to life per wish, the background behind him is the Kaio-shin Realm but he's on Namek at that point:

So has anyone found any new errors yet? I'm a little busy so its hard for me to watch and find anything new.
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Hi everybody, This is an error I noticed in 278 episode of DBZ. There is a halo seen over West Kaio's head, although, as we know, he is alive.

In episode 286 of Z, when Dende wishes for Goku's strength to be restored, Porunga gives the "OK" sign with his hand, and has an extra finger. I don't have any images, but I believe it's there in the manga as well.

Well, to be fair, the brown, or dark blue or dark red hair is actually used to add depth to their hair sometimes, it's intentional. ;)

That seems to be intentional because if his pupils had been supposed to be painted black, they would have filled them with black when they drew lines. Goku must be unconscious for a moment in that shot.

Nappa's armour and scouter are still miscoloured, though.

It's small errors like these which slip through the cracks which are pretty funny.

And, if I recall correctly, he does that when he grants the wish to restore Earth, not to restore Goku's energy.

Vegeta goes from Super Saiyan to Normal then back to Super Saiyan(Shots are taken from the Dragon-Box)
Episode 157
Here we see a nice shot of Super Saiyan Vegeta
Image(not an error)
Then after the scene of Yamcha and Chi Chi talking, we see Vegeta flying into the air getting ready to blast cell. But he's no longer a Super Saiyan.(This moment happens so fast its hard to catch it)
Image
But then we get a close up shot and Vegeta is back to being a Super Saiyan
Image

Krillin has a Super Saiyan aura?
Movie: Bio Broly
Could this count as an error?
