Lazyness is all I can say for the mouth flaps not matching up. If oyu don't believe what I said, fine whatever but that's not how an animated production always works (There are exceptions) Many times they'll have voice work done, animate and then redo voice work again.
Most the time however, voice work is first.

I've seen all of Z from the old singles/season sets/Dragon Boxes over the years.
I've seen all of GT from the singles.
I haven't seen all of DB. I want Dragon Boxes bad. :<
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

I've seen most of the Trunks/Cell stuff and most of GT. But the GT stuff was mostly on in the back ground while doing other stuff. Also a few episodes here and there. I still buy the anime on DVD just to have it but never really watch it. Guess I'm one of the rare manga only fans, cause I read it about twice a year. It isn't just the Dragon ball anime, any anime I watch I get bored with. When ever friends tell me to watch something I tell them I'll read it. Even Akira I get bored watching. American animation like The Simpsons, South Park and the rest I can watch fine. I just get bored with anime, even if I have not read the manga.
