I say it's Ultimate Gohan. The sleeves look longer like Future Gohan's, but it could just be the angle and poor graphics at that distance.

Teaser video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... InqpbEr1ts#!
Updated site: http://dbhu.channel.or.jp/

Those visuals ... they have not improved at all since the initial unveiling. Wow, that's a hot mess.

Sooo, apparently someone somewhere is lying. lol I watched the trailer (and I'm loving the new animation besides Broli being the badass again), and I'm seeing at least one character that shouldn't be in there based on what card sets they said would be included...

Something else of note...the site has a timeline that runs from the Saiyan Arc (761) to GT (789), but has an extra timeline slot after GT with a bunch of ??? are they creating a new story for the game,is that going to be the second half of GT via DLC or are they just trying to say they don't know what happens after that? lol

It's a fairly misleading trailer. Like the Project X Zone ones it implies the game is more of a fighting game or something, and lacks the bottom screen where all the actual gameplay will take place ...

Awesome new trailer. I wish they'd do more of these what-if fights. :(

This timeline business is interesting, too. I wonder if they'll finally do a new storyline?

There was a Super Saiyan girl in that trailer, so there should be no more excuses in the future. ;)

To be perfectly honest, I couldn't care less about the fans a re-issue might alienate because if all they're concerned about is being able to scalp the people who were either unaware of the Dragon Boxes or couldn't afford them at the time, they're just leeches and deserve to have their greed backfire on them.

Because it surely couldn't be the exact same female Saiyan heroine that we've seen transform twice in animation now and a couple hundred times in artwork and game[play videos. =P

If you're buying this game, I suggest getting it from the likes of Ami Ami, PlayAsia, and Nippon-Yasan instead of eBay scalpers.

Wow, that's the cover? It looks great!

I really hope Namco Bandai brings it over to EU/US.

In case NB doesn't produce this game for EU/US at least give the international fans in 2013 a compensation (Zenkai Battle Royale or Heroes w/DLC). :P

I ripped the cover art from the official website, in case anyone is interested:
Goku and the heroes
Broli and Freeza
Giant characters
Sorry, I can't speak English very well, but I'm trying my best.

The "???" could mean:
  • Super #17 & Evil Dragons arcs for future DLC
The time that DBH takes place
What-If Stories like the one with Janenba-Baby
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Or it's just the "Movie arc", which is the only thing missing there, that can be put separate from all the timeline continuity.

Or "Specials arc"(is that what it was called?), like in Sparking Meteor that included the Bardock special. (Which can now also include the Episode of Bardock and such)
