To be honest, i think hes full of it. We had someone in the Atari board claiming that as well. And guess what, no proof (plus he hasnt responded since. And that was before Oblivion proofed the misprograming with the Hex program) The least he can do is show a screenshot of the options screen showing he had the voices (Plus even respond back). But hey, if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But the way i see it, no proof, no truth. Sorry Izlude.

No response means jack. I've gone a month without 'proving' something before on a few boards, simply because I forgot about it and didn't know anyone wanted any proof. And besides that, not everyone's got a way TO show that sort of thing. If I get lucky and get the fixed copy when I'm out in a few days I'll have no way to prove it. My digital camera's too sucky, can't get pictures of the TV, they come out looking like glowing blobs of white.

And besides, even if he did post proof, so what? How much do you wanna bet everyone would have said it was fake and doctored?

The internet's really untrusting these days..

True; however, its sometimes hard to believe with very little info to go on. I mean, all your seeing is words and numbers. You dont know who the person is or whats happening behind the screen as the post is being typed. As we speak he could be laugh at us for believing him or enjoying Budokai 3 with the Japanese voices. OMG I'm starting ramble :p. Anyway, long story short, believe what you want.

On any other board, I'd say you're right. There would be a chance of that, and he could just be a troll. However, this isn't the Atari boards, IGN, or GameFAQs. It's Daizex. You'd be hard pressed to find a troll here that lasts more than 5 posts, unless EX is sleeping.

I tend to agree. I've found too many places that have a bunch of untrusting members who won't believe anything you say unless you happen to own a scanner. That doesn't seem to be the case here though.

Has there been any new updates on this game? Has anyone else found a corrected copy yet? I want to verify with more than one person before I shell out $20 to mere chance. I sincerely hope these reports of corrected copies is true and not just a hoax.

I guess I owe them an apology. My loyalty has been restored to . . . MY LOYALTY!

*Runs to the closet hoping that his loyalty is still alive.*

There there loyalty. Everything is okay now; Atari fixed the problem.

*Loyalty coos as it is pet and cuddled.*
Best. Slip 'n' slide. EVER!

This definitely leaves me a bit more pleased. I'm certainly glad that Atari didn't just try and pretend nothing had happened. I still doubt I'll buy it though.

Great! It's too late to call so I already used their e-mail support page to request my Return Merchandise Authorization number. Finally, I get to play as King Piccolo at last! I doubt I'll play Budokai Tenkaichi much after being able to do that. Excellent!

That is indeed good news. Please keep us updated as you search for the correct copy. Let others know where you find your copy by what retailer/online dealer etc.

They tried to do just that. Their hand was forced, however, by a pending lawsuit. Tis better to admit error than to be sued, after all. It took them all of 14 minutes to post that after the suit started to pull together.

Figures. And here I was trying to give people the benefit of the doubt for a change. I really need to start paying more attention to the news.

Sent Atari my game today. Let's just see how long it takes to get the corrected version.

I'd bank on a week in business days tops. That should give them enough time to get it, process it, send the right one, and for you to get it. That's what seems resonable in my book anyway.

Try 2 to 8 weeks. That's the norm for something like this.

Yea, I'll keep you posted. I just hope they don't screw up and send the "faulty" game back instead of the right one.

Well I'll have to say Atari impressed me on this one. I figured they'd just give us a "Whoops, our bad" followed by a "You want a new version? Tough shit"
