As Villains go how can they top a God of Destruction?

The latest arc clears some things up about Kenpachi and Ichigo's performance against the Espada:

Kenpachi had subconsciously been limiting his power even since he fought Unohana, and losing to Ichigo made him lose some of the restraints. This is what brought him to the level he was when he defeated Tosen and was knocked unconscious to Nnoitora. When that happened, his restrains were released further and he was able to defeat Nnoitora. Ichigo also had Old Man Zangetsu limiting his power during the Arrancar arc, whereas during the battle with Kenpachi he temporarily allowed Ichigo to access more of his power.

But I wouldn't want the Hakaishin to actually be ranked like the Espada. You can still have Beers be the weakest, but I don't want to see a formal hierarchy. It just feels weird when they seemingly operate independent of one another.

I wouldn't want there to be some ranking, that idea usually never really works in manga. I'd rather judge for myself.

I don't think Bills should be the weakest either, maybe one of the weaker ones though.

I would like to see foes who use or are made of katchin appear one day. If these foes use katchin for armor or weapons one could say that the process of creating the armor and weapons weakens the katchin. This would allow an opening for these new foes to upgrade their katchin armor and weapons using processes that dilute the katchin less. It's a perfect out for allowing the new foes to power-up, too!

The best ideas I've seen on this thread were: a Dragon humanoid type thing from the Shenron dimension, the Toriyama Robot, a Ki Blocker, a thing that changes its power to its opponent and an intelligent better executed Janemba.

Most fan made things I've read come to some demon, such as Dragon ball z: New age and some others, I like the idea of New age's Rigor (Rage-e-or) as him being Vegeta's half brother and has the ability to go SSJ5 with a pretty original design.New age was created by MalikStudios, and it isn't BS with new transformations left and right.
