Yes! Although this one was a bit disappointing for me in certain aspects. But since I thought of it was a test with large margin of improvement, I will give it a second go.
I want suggestions to improve the rules from the community.

Regarding the second edition of the tournament, I'm thinking organizing it 2-4 months from now. Or is it to soon?

Yeah, I would go for sometime in December, towards the late-middle of the month. That way you can avoid hitting people during school.

Yeah, that range seems fine. I suggest increasing the word limit to 1500 words and the time needed to 7 days. Most of the story's were between 750 and 1500 words anyway, I guess so few is restricting. Opinions?

So, I'm hoping to open the 2nd Edition in a couple of weeks. I would like to hear everyone's suggestions to improve the rules.

Since the first tournament was kinda of a mess, I want this one to be well organized. The plan would be to start on a Monday, so it would have the following structure:

1st Round Start(Monday) ----(7 days)---- 1st Round Deadline/ Voting Start (Monday) -------- (7 days) ---------------Voting Ends/ 2nd Round Starts....... and so on.

This way people can better organize themselves, and see how long the tournament will take from the get go.

The themes would be all decided in the beginning, for each round. So if one finish a story quickly and thinks he will his match, he can begin thinking about the next. The current champ Kamiccolo9 would decide the 1st Round theme, if he decides to participate again. Even if doesn't..., to keep a sense of continuity.
This besides a word limit increase to 1500 words, like a said a few months ago.
