We should wait until we actually learn about the character before we start making judgements. But there is one thing you can tell just from what was seen that bugs me... Why does her hair have to look 100% the exact same a Broly's? lol I consider it kind of lazy on the part of designers these days to do things like make most ssj3s all look alike. If we're going to have another Lssj, at least differentiate the design a bit more... Maybe it looks slightly different on the back side at least?

I'm very conflicted about this. For one, Broly is shit, but a female version of him really peaks my interest. Second, it's not the first very dumb idea that Super/Toriyama has somehow made work (Goku Black, Future Trunks returning, Beerus' fat twin, Zeno).
Not to mention, outside of the obvious difference about what's between the character's legs, from what we know about U6 saiyans being nice and the girl looking cautious about using her power in the preview, there's already hints of her being more than just dickless Broly. A Hulk-Banner type deal sounds pretty sweet, if they will go that route.

Geez... I'm so torn over this. Seeing some of the meltdowns here sure is helping me cope with it easier, though

Because it didn't spring directly from Toriyamas loins.
Seriously people have been arguing that Toei doesn't care about their movies or GT are deluding themselves. They are lazy as hell at times and have TONS of media and an entire series sitting on the back burner that they are just itching to make "canon" they would literally have an entire series ready to go without lifting a finger at all.

As for the is I'm betting they make the actual Broly canon the same way they made Tarble. When they see her Goku makes an off hand comment about how they defeated the LSSJ of their own universe and BOOM Broly is canon as long as Super is.. lolololololol. This is going to be epic. The tears that will flood the internet will be amazing.

Gohan says he can't, she says she is sorry closes her eyes and LSS is there, she Starts wreaking gohan, gohan goes SS but she is still stronger, he says he has no choice and becomes ultimate! She exclaims what can you do you are no longer even transformed in a maniac tone, but gohan one punches her in the stomach and she falls out of LSS into Gohan's arms..
Opens her eyes and gohan is holding her, she blushes and runs away..

This is an opportunity for a multiplier to be revealed for the form(just a ballpark statement like her power increases several dozens of times over) so people will stop saying that LSSJ is a 2x boost or something even though it's feats directly contradict that.

SSj2 Gohan put up a fight against Broly, even though Broly was stronger, and Gohan was weaker. 2x for SSj2 never seemed right to me either. Still, it should be stronger than LSSj as a form.
