What Retcon Would You Undo *Or* Tweak?

Sure, that's more or less what I meant; I didn't literally mean forgotten so much as moved on from. It doesn't explain why the Earthlings didn't learn the technique. Which essentially means Toriyama moved on from it since it was no longer relevant to Goku. And I know it's not Toriyama, but now we have Goku using Kaioken with Blue, while none of the non-Saiyans have learned the technique.

Ah, gotcha, but I don't see use of the Kaio-ken by other characters leading to anywhere than where they are.

You're probably right, it probably would have been marginal gains at best by the time of the Android arc. I still would've liked to see Yamcha and Krillin push themselves to their absolute limits, though (Tien did with the Tri Beam against Cell).

I was thinking less of their battle power and more about their role within the story.

The retcons I would undo is basically any one of them in ROF.

Goku doesn't rely on smelling someone scent anymore and doesn't rely on mind reading to know what someone is thinking, both are actually great skills.

A Saiyan tail only has weakness but no positive, which I believe isn't true. Goku tail saved him a bunch of time. Here are examples:

- Goku dodge Girun attack while tied.
- Goku fly back after Jackie Chan throws Goku out of the ring.
- Goku uses his tail to grab Korin Tower and grabs the water.
- Goku grabs Tien arm to avoid some attack.
- Goku uses his tail to trip Krillin.
- Raditz use his tail to attack Krillin.

Plenty of advantages there.

Goku's tail was removed cuz of Kami's deal to A, fix the moon, B, prevent more Great Ape incidents

Gohan's was cuz the fight with Vegeta really pushed his body. Same with Vegeta himself

For Trunks, Bulma's aware of the Great Ape issue, though at that point the moon should be gone. And Goten....Toriyama legit forgot at that point
