Looking at those clips, this game reminds me of an updated version of DragonBall Z - Legend Of The Saiyans for Super Famicom. It even had that same effect going where you can knock them up in the air and they'd spin.
This is the first time in years that I'am excited about a DragonBall game.

It's pretty disappointing to see the US versions get put out here, considering most of the time in my country we get the European versions.Taku128 wrote:From what I've heard the European versions of the handheld games always use the Japanese voices, and DSes are region free, so just import when it comes out in Europe.

The text makes it study material for me.Captain Awesome wrote:If this was a PSP game, I would agree, but DS vocals are so sparse It doesn't really bother me, especially since this game looks like it will have a crap load of text.Kendamu wrote: So it DOES have vocals.

Wow, this looks very cool. But, is it just me or does it seem that you're going to play through Dragonball as adult Goku?

Yeah, usually Dragon Ball hand held games are in Japanese, which is great! However, even though Dragon Ball DS didn't have much dialogue, we got it dubbed for some reason.
Just another Dragon Ball fangirl in the world.

My thoughts exactly. That's why this is easily gonna be a first day purchase for me. It's been a while since I was excited about a Z game.strongbad456 wrote:Wow, this game looks good. For some reason, the gameplay looks similar to Chrono Trigger IMO.
I completely respect your opinion, and I respect you. I enjoyed discussing this with you, even if I don't completely agree.
