Seems kinda doubtful: the vast majority of the U.S. anime market, from what I understand, appears to be moving away from singles in general with DVD releases in the past year or two. But who knows, when the cash cow's 'a moo-ing...

We don't know yet. But looking at those DVD cases leaves me wondering....they can fit more than 3 disks in there.

Looking back at the Dragon Box, I think FUNi should've said 8 discs cause the way the Dragon Box has the discs packaged is 4 per case.

The singles were for the people who didn't pre-order the Dragon Boxes.

These aren't pre-order only. I hope...

With these sets being so cheap, I don't see a reason to. The singles would cost more, the way that they're pricing these.

Nope. They are going to all major retailers. That is what I first thought when I saw the press release on ANN though.

I'm just glad I won't be needing to import the Spanish DVDs for a watchable Season 1-2 now!

I was gonna make custom DVDs, but FUNimation has done all of that for me now.

Oh wait, your right. It's the FUNimation Spanish singles they began releasing for about $10. Yeah, the footage is the FUNi remastered crap version.

Bah, DBZA Season Two or Three would look sexy with some DBOX masters used. The fans demand you buy them!!

Here's hoping marathon mode migrates over to this release.

While it's not specifically related to the Japanese version, I'm hoping FUNimation will finally do some good extras for their version, too. Doubtful, but alas...

Who knows, maybe FUNimation will one day make some über release for fans of their dub, or even the Ocean dub. Not entirely likely, but seemingly possible.
