Indeed but companies would want to max profits too, they can do this by fully releasing the figure as they do with subsequent lines for popular series, I won't even list all of lines dragonball and one piece have (for example). Especially becuase I haven't heard anything about this being limited or whatever. I know the special colour repaint Goku is an SDDC exclusive so It'll cost more than usual, but I think this will just be regularly released, no exclusivity.

As for an actual reason, I hear Bandai usually sells things as exclusives if they think it won't sell as much. Although why they would make Vegeta one, I'll never know.

That doesn't make any sense to me, the figure is obviously in demand, all limiting it will do is make those that are driven enough to pay jacked up prices for it, buy it. A far cry from the profit they could gain from openly releasing the figure.

Unless they're thinking that everyone who wants it even with the large demand will pay the jacked up prices and go through proxies to get it...

Damn... Well, I was going to buy the two upcoming Rockman X D-arts also by Bandai, but if it comes to it, I guess I could get this one instead of those two.

Don't freaking know.... I was hoping to just have a nice set of 3 Super Saiyans. It would be awesome to have some cool set ups with Goku fighting Vegeta...

Well you guys have to remember these toys aren't meant for us really. For the people over in Japan it's just a couple of bucks more. It really only becomes a problem for us when you have to factor in using proxy services, international shipping, etc. Their priority has always been Japanese fans.

Indeed, but that doesn't mean this doesn't still suck for all of the guys here who wanted that figure. My heart goes out to them. (Okay, maybe that's a bit over dramatic, but you get the point.)

I know that's standard practice for orders basically everywhere, but I'm just making sure. I literally have zero cash in my bank after the two Goku Figuarts until payday. xD
