A new "deep" video. He dissects the trailer and takes a very intricate look at some of the new differences between this and Raging Blast 1.

The game already has Tullece. If they fuck it up by making him a SSJ, i'll be pissed, but, I've got all I want in the way of characters (besides those that only appear in video games, e.g.: Ozotto)

Unless I can get Nikki
Oh, you think the Grand Tour is your ally, you merely stepped into the Grand Tour. I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn’t see the Super until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding!

But too bad it's at the expense of Dragon Ball. It's a shame these two series get pushed together so much in favor of Z. GT is terrible, but Dragon Ball is easily the best out of all three anime series.
I dunno, I always thought the characters from Dragon Ball were really out of place in the Sparking! series. Their fighting style is much more grounded/solid martial arts than the insane flying and blasting antics of the Z cast. The characters from GT fit into the whole "fighting in the air" style much more.
I agree, but part of the fun of having characters from the first TV series in the Tenkaichi games is having "DB-only" battles. :P

Sorry, I should have worded the question better. I was asking when the characters had been owned by Dimps. :)
When was Teincha owned by dimps, just cause he hasn't been in other games doesn't mean anything really. They just don't see him as a cash cow as they see SSJ3 Vegeta or SSJ3 Broly.

The only problem with the lack of DB/GT characters is the fact that it's called DragonBall Raging Blast (1 and 2). Why not just call it DBZ or DB Kai Raging Blast if you're going to just focus on Z?
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Well, I think that's pretty easy: it's so they can add stuff in later sequels if they want to... without having to re-brand the game.

The entire Sparking! series was just "DragonBall" through and through, which worked perfectly well when they got up to METEOR and you have DB + Z + GT characters all dueling each other. If they had called the first one DragonBall Z: Sparking!, they would have had to slightly adjust the title later on in the subsequent games.

Kinda like how Final Bout is just called DragonBall: Final Bout... except for that pesky American version :P. Actually, was the European release branded as GT, too...?

Probably because of Kai. The thing thats stomps me is why is it called Dragonball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team when Dragonball Kai is on air?

Nope. it was just DragonBall Final Bout, like the Japanese version. I also liked the fact that it used Japanese voices throughout.

I've been wondering this for a while, why didn't the US release of Final Bout use the current Ocean Group voice cast? Bandai have worked with the Ocean Group on Anime and seen as in 1997 the only English voice cast for DBZ was Ocean, why did Bandai use another company?

They used a cheap studio in LA and hired non-union actors, which costs much, much less money.

Too bad there won't be any GT characters since I was looking forward to playing as Rilldo for once.

Doesn't matter to me about GT characters really, seeing as how I don't care much for GT as a whole. Makes you wonder who those 6 characters are now.

I'm still not sold on the six new characters. When is TGS, that's their last chance to bring out the big guns before the games release.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

Ah ok. We still have awhile before I can declare the claim of 6 never before seen characters as false, but it still doesn't sit well with me.

So Bandai went for the cheap route even for a few lines :? I heard people say positive things about Steve Blum, even though I don't think he did a good job as Goku in DBGT Final Bout. I believe Bang Zoom did the voices.

Heh, confirmation of Raging Blast 3. No surprise, but maybe because of this I'll skip RB2 and wait for RB3, so that way I'll have all the additions of both games to overload my brain with awesome.

They did call the first one - and all of them - DBZ Sparking.
