I was actually considering buying the VHS versions of the old Saban edited episodes, and transferring them onto DVD myself, because it would cost far less then attempting to get the DVD versions not used.

If you want the Saban episodes on DVD brand new for a good price you could try here:

http://www.gamemusic.com/cgi-bin/WebObj ... 1.0.7.15.0

I got the entire 17 volumes from there a few weeks ago.

Very true, I have all the uncut versions of the vhs's [the pictures are much better] as well as some of the edited versions of the vhs never came out. So after i get the cell saga and 'lost' episodes, ill have Z and GT on both formats; but mostly I only got the VHS for the murals on the side.

I guess you are lucky cause they don't have all 17 volumes now, and some of the ones listed aren't even in stock.

OK, here goes... I wanted to post my Dragon Box R2 single collection for some time now.. Just never got to taking any pictures.

Anyway, currently I own 33 volumes. All the way to the end of the Cell saga. I'm planning on purchasing the rest eventually, even though I haven't watched all of the episodes yet (some of the dvd cases are still in shrinkwrap... )

Here are the singles:

Here is the front cover art:

Wows @ Toreto's collection.

I finally got my copy of the Son Goku Densetsu anime guide. That book is certainly a gem to have for any DBer's collection! I'm very proud to own it now... 8) Ordered it straight from Japan from beNippon.

Here are some scans from it with some good Saiyan shit:

King Vegeta - looks like these could have been drawn by Mr Toriyama myself:

How much did you pay for each of those DBox singles? Cause that must have cost a lot.

I am still very tempted to buy the VHS Ocean Dub Season's one and two, I cna get them both brand new for a combined 80 bucks, Eghh, Damn you nostalgia!

EDIT: Alright, I caved, I just bought The Saiyan Conflict, Namek Saga, and Movies 1-3 all on DVD off Ebay from a single listing for $105 bucks. Apparently they are in Mint condition and include the art boxes. That's 5.25 a DVD, not bad.
Here is the listing.

@ SSJToreto: Do you plan on getting the Dragonbox Z individual discs special bonus diorama set as well?

If someone could scan and post a clean version of the cover of the 3rd DBZ Dragonbox single, I would love you very much forever.

I payed 3800 yen (around 36$) for each single.

I thought about that, but you can't get them anymore. Thought about buying the set from ebay though.

WOW, 1188 bucks so far, that sucks dude, you could probably find the whole dragon box Z for only a little more.

And to Saiyamel, For a second I thought that Goku was the Medicom figure, and I became jealous, but then I realized it wasn't, and relief came over me, in an awesome wave.

Nah, man. It's not worth the effort to go and search for the actual boxes, import them from Japan through a third party re-shipping agency... And all of the Dragon Boxes are used, missing stuff, and go for like 800-1200$ each either way... I would still end up paying 2000$ or more... unless of course I'd find some killer deal, which is not very likely.

I figured it would be better to purchase the singles. They're new and same price overall if not cheaper since I ordered from cdjapan.co.jp, and they have a lot of discount codes and shopper points... Besides WHO ELSE has all of the DBOX singles on these forums? I'll be the first one! Trust me, it's worth it.

It's good to have a goal. I have no more goals, lol. I just bought the old ocean dub stuff in one fell swoop, even though I will have duplicates, just because it's something I have wanted for years, simply for nostalgia purposes. Other than that, finishing up the season sets(including GT as I own nothing but one bootleg GT tape from china town)/movie re releases (even though I already have all the movies) and the occasional figure and video game, I really have no more DB purchases in mind.
