You know, I really appreciate him for doing the song in English, but it's effort that is well...pretty wasted. This makes about as much sense to me as it does in Japanese. And plus, I could've sworn at around 2:40 he says, "It's only cause your black."

:P

Any reason why some of my posts were deleted in this thread? There are other posts saying pretty much the same thing that are still here.

As much as I love Kageyama... I fully agree with the above statement.

I enjoyed the hell out of Sparking Neo on Wii, but Meteor was a total letdown. I'll probably buy this on my 360 anyway, but I just hope it plays as good as it looks, and as awesome as that song sounds.

Lastly, wow, engrish Kageyama sounds cool and trippy at the same time.
Do you not have live? The demo's on there.
I well since ran out of my month trial, but without any games to use with it I have no reason to buy it (Sorry not a big FPSer, I got 360 for Mass Effect and DMC4, otherwise I usually just play Wii xD).

Actually, I believe that people can download stuff from Live for free.

You don't need a Gold account to download demos (or anything for that matter). All a paid account really gives you is access to the online multiplayer servers. A basic Silver account (which all 360 owners automatically have) will let you use every other feature. I'm not sure if you can play XBLA downloaded games online with a Silver actually... but I digress.
To show my appreciation, I'll only beat them half to death.

I played a demo yesterday at London where you could play as Goku, Kuririn, Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Nappa and Vegeta. It was also in Japanese for some reason as well. It's actually pretty good except for the new ki bar thing. I could do more kamehamehas in a row than I could ever do before. Also I noticed a big graphical difference between the X-box and the PS3. So if you have both, get the PS3 version.
I finally bought a gamecube. To bad they don't make any games for it now.

Really? How much better could it look?? How wet do we need our water, how green our leaves, before we as a civilization are satisfied with graphics?

Sorry, the anti-"graphics whore" in me. Feel free to ignore.

Seriously though, about the ki bar. Just how much would you say you could pull off before running out? I noticed in the demo that I've never had to charge. Can you charge at all?
While pretty good for keeping the play fast, I will kind of miss the humorous aspect of the charging that happened with my friends.

*15-20 seconds of intense combat- ki runs low* Ok, break... and... charge! "RRRAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"

Yes, we're dorks, I know. But when you're at a party and half of the group is either drunk, high, or both... that's pretty funny.
To show my appreciation, I'll only beat them half to death.

Well if you have played DBZ games on the PS2 or PSP before, I found that it was just that tiniest bit easier to play because, I usually use the directional buttons for the Budokai games and directional buttons aren't really positioned in the right place for me on a X-box. But I don't own either console but, I will be getting an X-box in September.

And as for the ki bar, it charges up quicker than in any other DBZ game and the only reason I lost a match I played was because I had over 9000 (well thats what my scouter said) kamehamehas thrown at me and you can't do a beam struggle with a dodon-pa. I wish they used the same bar concept as the one they used on Super DBZ.
I finally bought a gamecube. To bad they don't make any games for it now.

Look a couple pages back for what I think about this.

Does Mr. Kageyama actually know English? One would assume that he could get the lyrics relatively close to those of the original song, but he just sang a completely different song to the same tune...

I tried my best to write the lyrics, here's my notes, I'll try again later, or you can tell me.

While we tried to get our freedom,
Punching as we come down,
Now we've got the Peace of world!
It's only for the hour...

Everything been going right in my yesterday
We died
on one side[?]
and we cried,

Blue skies above.

Nothing matters any more, getting to this world of now.
When millions survive
by your side.
So we stand to fight!

Big crowds seem to gather round to see what we do,
Dead grounds gonna be the ring for us,
Now kiss me and go!

Well we risked the evil fighters,
they just have to dress up,
We will get to kick him now.
get your hands up so,
I could Shoot again.

While we try to get the freedom
punching as we come down,
No there's no more peace on the world.
It's only 'cause of that, the neighbour dies!

FIGHT IT OUT!

HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!

HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!

If we don't have have a silence so that when any arrives,
who'll care as fast as the cries as they never know.[?]
People say, sometimes you must be a heartless beast
No where near you will get[?], where his eyes glow memories.

Your eyes make me think about our world,
on this front [?!]
Get back, you just have to trust my words,
Just kiss me and go!

Well we risked the evil fighters,
they just have to dress up,
We will get to kick him now.
get your hands up,
so I could Shoot again.

Well, we tried to get the freedom
punching as we come back,
No there's no more peace on the world.
It's only 'cause of that, the neighbour dies!

FIGHT IT OUT!

Well he might just be a killer, but also our savoir,
Do what ever you wanna be, [maybe...?]
get your hands with me to take it again.

Well, we tried to get the freedom
punching as we come back,
yeah, so there's peace on the world.
It's only for the [ass]

Well we risked the evil fighters,
they just have to dress up,
We will get to kick him now.
get your hands up,
so I could Shoot again.

Well, we tried to get the freedom
punching as we come back,
No there's no more peace on the world.
It's only 'cause of that, the neighbour dies!

FIGHT IT OUT!

HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!

HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY, HEY!

Missing quite a lot, and some of it just seems really wrong... I really need help with this.

I fucking love this song now after trying to write the lyrics.

I'm pretty sure it's not punching as we come back, it sounds more like fighting every combat.
