I already own the complete collection in Brazilian Portuguese, but today I came across the original Japanese edition of the first volume and couldn’t resist buying it. It looks amazing :D

I have volumes 1-5 in this set, but I'm waiting for the new set with the 40th Anniversary cover sleeves. I'm ready to empty my bank account for it.

Seeing some of these posts, I'm happy for you guys these purchases are awesome.

I have a question though and unfortunately reddit was of no help. I'm collecting DB figures when they release in Europe (I can preorder most through a european tamashii site or other sites) .
But you know those Ichiban Kuji releases prize A to H...A to E are usually figures but F to I are like other things wether it's towels, stickers, posters, acrylic stands or whatever...how can I buy those from Europe besides like mandarake from Japan ? To import 5 buck stuff when shipping will be 6x that is silly. There was a Kami house poster that I would have loved to use as a background setting for my display with OG DB characters. And the upcoming one has a cute kid Goku cover riding the dragon. And they also got some really cool acrylic stands etc. Recently there was a chubby kid Goku laughing with a wide grin little stand that I wish I could get. So many cool little things and NO CLUE HOW TO GET THEM. The figures you can get here but those other things not. I doubt anyone has the answer but man I'd be over the moon if someone has an answer.

Dr. Mashirito's Ultimate Manga Technique, English ver. as of yesterday (it should arrive today).

I purchased the Japanese copy last summer at Kinokuniya in Austin, TX because I had no idea they'd translate it. I'm glad I have both, now.

Hello I recently got this bag for groceries. It was at Office Depot. They used to sell hello kitty, snoopy, mickey mouse and such characters before, and then one day I saw it: Kid Trunks. I knew I had to buy it. It was for the equivalent of 1 dollar and 50 cents (American dollars) and I think it is a really good price.

Normally to buy dragon ball merchandise in Mexico, they had to be produced by a Mexican company, but thankfully now a days cheaper and easier ways to import merch from Japan exist, and made this happen. This product is licensed by Toei Animation and overall, I love it. It serves its purpose well, I carry veggies there.

Recently got my hand on the first three issues of the Viz Monthlys for DBZ!!
They're such a fun timecapsule and the editors notes in the page margins actually tell the readers to check out interviews to learn about the story since the rest of Dragon Ball wasn't out lol

The original manga, in its entirety, with the old dust cover designs! Fun fact: From looking at the print run numbers and dates, I can surmise that the original owner of this collection got into Dragon Ball in 1991, as everything from volume 25 on is first edition, and everything before that is a reprint from '91.

...This is now the fourth version of the Dragon Ball manga I own... At least, since the redesigned covers don't appeal to me and that anniversary box with all the guest artists seems like a neat novelty but not really worth the price, I don't foresee myself adding a fifth version to that list any time soon.
