Oh wait, there's exactly that.
And reduce his entire race down to only one being (well, two, assuming you don't mean for him to merge with Dende as well)? They're already kind of a small population, I can't imagine him wanting to push them to literal extinction.
That said though, I really do wish the 'background' warriors had gotten more to do. That's why I really wanted this movie to have some kind of minions in it, people that would be just strong enough to give our old heroes a chance to shine, but not strong enough to distract from the main plot.

Wow, the fighting choreography in this movie looks great so far. Beers looks like he has a fun personality and I love the pressure point fighting he has shown so far.

I love Piccolo but there is no need for something like that. There is only so much time in a movie unlike an arc in the comic where characters can constantly over top each other. There is no place for Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta or Super Ultimate Namek Piccolo in this.

They are all weaklings. The strongest one of them was Nail, who is a weakling by Boo arc standards, and the reason than Kami gave Piccolo a great power-up was because they were one being once, thus, Piccolo became complete again.

But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

1 that probably wouldn't beat Birusu and 2 Fusion is a forbidden technique, they aren't gonna fuse with Piccolo so save 1 planet from Birusu. Expendable Namekians? Your fanboyism over this one character is really glaring...

Well, I think it's fair to say that Gohan did better than Goku. Maybe Toriyama remembered xD
But yeah, I'm hyped.

A dubbed clip. I'm certain it's fake due to the use of the same japanese footage, but it was almost seamless.

1. Why would they waste footage just to have Piccolo fuse, then get beat again? Piccolo isn't the main focus of the movie.
2. All of the Nameks on...Namek are pretty weak. They're not fighters, and wouldn't help Piccolo that much.

So is iTunes going to have the full movie for purchase after it's released?

Considering this is being theatrically released... Not for a long time, if at all.

I really can't wait to see this, I hope there is at least a cam or telesync bootleg after it hits theaters. I've never seen a Japanese cam/telesync though.

love Goku's reaction to Birusu's 'bring it' gesture.

It seems Goku isn't the only one peeking at Vegeta's anger
Vegeta's doing the robot...
