He's gladly indulged in spoilers a' plenty so far, so I don't see why he'd have to do that. Even if Kei's summary is done and submitted, it might still have to undergo some formatting and stuff before it's posted. Patience is a virtue.

The timing of the animation for the fight reminds me a little of the cut from Dragon Ball Z episode #232 where Gokuu and Vegeta are fighting. I have to wonder if that's just Yamamuro's influence in the animation staff coming off or if he did the key animation for that scene himself?

Yeah all of Goku's moves seem kind of slowed down and sluggish while birusu is just zipping all over the place. Notice how Goku's head was still turning when birusus zips behind him and deals him the finishing blow.

I now have no problems whatsoever to see Gohan being defeated with just one kick.
Birusu is on another class altogether, and I'm starting to have no doubts that he's even stronger than Vegetto.

First off, Super Buu with Gohan absorbed would completely toy with SSJ3 Goku too, just like Super Buu with Gotenks absorbed did. Vegito completely toyed around with Super Buu with Gohan absorbed, and wasn't even a SSJ. So i still believe Vegito is stronger or at least equal to Birusu.

I'm guessing Kei17 probably sent his review in Japanese for Julian to translate. Either way, we'll probably see it before the 30th so it's not long to wait now.

Considering this is being theatrically released... Not for a long time, if at all.

Wait, do you mean just iTunes or any release in general? Because I have to think that a release of some sort somewhere down the line is practically inevitable.

I was speaking specifically for iTunes; I'm not even sure if there's a precedent for movies to be bought there. There's no doubt in my mind we'll see a Blu-ray and DVD release. And if we do get a release on iTunes, it's not going to be same-day-as-theaters as UpFromTheSkies asked.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang, that is indeed awesome. Perhaps creepier than the actual character, but awesome nonetheless.


By the way, Oonishi Ryou did key animation and acted as an Animation Supervisor for this movie. The shot of Pilaf and company squirming in surprise in one of the trailers does remind me of his work, too.

It didnt look like Goku was that badly damanged unlike his fight with Kid Buu.
B just hit him in that pressure point? which KO'ed him.

I suppose its a good indication on how strong he is.

It's even scarier due to the fact that Birusu knocks him out with a single light chop, not a strong blow. Meaning Birusu wont waste his energy on such a easy fight.

Well, I think it's fair to say that Gohan did better than Goku. Maybe Toriyama remembered xD

How do you figure? They both got their asses kicked, if anything it seems like Goku did better because he lasted longer in battle.

Gohan did at least lay a hand on Billy with that short-lived full nelson, which is more than Goku ever managed. But even that could be written off as Bruce being distracted by Boo at the moment.

The battle clips have shown that Birusu can defend himself while his back is turned or his blind spots are exposed even against multiple opponents, so the fact that Gohan caught him off guard is quite a feat.
