I believe that was one of the wallpapers on toei's japanese site used to promote the dragon box singles when they first began releasing them. I don't think you can get them any more, unless someone on this forum grabbed them all and can post them.LeprikanGT wrote:Where are there more pics like that one of Piccolo and Gohan?

Since there are only a few new posts in this thread per day, I only skim through it and notice the images. Anyway, thanks for uploading that, as I was looking for those myself (I love the DBoxZ Singles' cover art).Captain Awesome wrote:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=V09ZWFRHYi Xing Long wrote: I believe that was one of the wallpapers one toei's japanese site used to promote the dragon box singles when they first began releasing them. I'm in the generation of fans that started with Toonami, so I totally empathize with the feeling of having "missed the party", experiencing disappointment, and wanting to experience it myself. But I can't, that's how life is. Time is a bitch. The party is over. Kageyama, Kikuchi, and Maeda are off the sauce now; Yanami almost OD'd; Yamamoto got arrested; Toriyama's not going to light trash cans on fire and hang from the chandelier anymore. We can't get the band back together, and even if we could, everyone's either old, in poor health, or calmed way the fuck down. Best we're going to get, and are getting, is a party that's almost entirely devoid of the magic that made the original one so awesome that we even want more.

That's exactly what I was thinking, the arm and leg articulation kind of gives it away.Kunzait_83 wrote: I'm not by any means the biggest Dragon Ball toy expert out there, but I'm guessing that that Vegeta death figure is a custom job. If I'm wrong though and it's an actual official figure, then someone needs to send me a link to where I can find one pronto.

Yeah, that's one amazin collection.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
