Dragon Ball: Evolution- Speculation and Discussion

I really liked the first Street Fighter movie. I understand that people would expect any property based off of something to be exactly like it, but that's not always necesary.

Street Fighter has a movie that focuses only on Akuma and Ryu. And an animated series that chnages relationships and adds characters and things.

I think they should be judged on how they handle the property and on how there do as stand alone features.

Bringing it back to Dragonball: Evolution, if we only use the trailers that have ben released and official, direct info released by Fox and those involved, what do we know about the movie? I want to try to weed out the speculation and "fanboy" conclusions that have been jumped to, without having to search too hard.

Emmy Rossum is a beauty. Twas' an interesting interview, it's nice to actually see some form of enthusiasm from Chatwin upon his role on Goku finally.

They ummed a lot, but I guess that's better than reading cue-cards.

Was it just me or did Chatwin look like Peter Parker in that interview?

That reference was gold, Bardock! GOLD!

Anyway, I found a great line that Rossum threw out:

Overall, a great interview, it's always great to hear their thoughts on the series. I'm a lot more optimistic about this movie compared to about 6-8 months ago.

EDIT: I've also found this Japanese trailer, I'm sure I've seen it here before, but the version I saw had some lady talking at the beginning. This is just the full one.

Also Emmy looks cute but appears to have too much make up for my taste.
