Well, you draw more views having controversial opinions. But, anyway I'm really interested on their thoughts about Supersonic Warriors 2

Kirran articulated his views on "Battle of Z" quite well on our podcast review.

Not that I think anyone needs to further justify their dumb fun lists, but it's actually there if you want it.

You think they're possibly shilling for views for one videogame, but you still care what they think about for a different videogame?

I'm not saying their opinions are not valuable, sure they have reasons to Battle Of Z be this high on the list, but I doubt they did not preview that many people would disagree. Also that doesn't diminish my interest about their thoughts on the game I mentioned.

Well, I wish such accusations wouldn't be thrown around. Credibility is hard to gain and easy to lose on the internet, and it shouldn't be lost because someone has a higher opinion of a videogame than someone else.

I played through all of Battle of Z with friends, we had some fun but hoooooly fuck did we go through some moments of complete bullshit. The Perfect Cell, Kid Buu and Vegetto missions tortured us and scarred us for life. There were missions where if you would get hit just once... that's it. You're dead.

The game also had a really strange control scheme that took some getting used to. It's also just a very forgetful game. Visually it looked so strange. Character models looked so off and everyone looked so goddamn shiny.

My friends and I had way more fun playing the Parallel Quests from the Xenoverse games together. I genuinely believe that the PQs from Xenoverse are better than the entirety of Battle of Z.

Didn't they say their list was based off more then quality? BoZ was the first game to have Beerus, Whis and God Goku, the first of the new era of Dragon Ball. I'm pretty sure it was the first DB game to have these mechanics of RPG/Arena fighter. Their list is based off more then just the quality of the game (Or is past lists, villains and movies), it's based off the impact, how things changed for the franchise, what the entries brought that no other entries did, and a bit of personal input.

I haven’t played Battle of Z so I can’t comment on that. However, I think that to some (small) extent they just love fucking with people on these lists because they usually have things on the DBCember lists that no one expects, like World’s Strongest being ranked #2 on the best movies list. Not to say they do stuff just to be contrarian, but there’s definitely some fun to be had with subverting people’s expectations.

But hey, they’ve never claimed to speak for anyone but themselves on their opinions, so no one should be taking these lists as “fact”, because they don’t either. Everyone’s got different opinions on different things, so if TFS’ list doesn’t match up with your own, there’s no need to be upset.

I can understand \that, one of reasons i highly rate GBC Legendary Super Warriors, was that it was first DBZ game, that have such large roster of characters, and first game, that let you play as Buuhan or Buutenks :)

I'm getting the feeling I'm one of few people who thinks Fusions was a rather mediocre and almost bad game... I feel special now! :D

Really, I think the game fails on the aspect of Fusion. It's the main selling point of the game, and yet it's really nothing more than a novelty. When getting new characters on my team, it never felt like it.

Aww, I was totally banking on top 3, but top 5 is still pretty good!

What next? Whaddya mean what next? Ironically enough the "fusion" aspect of the game isn't even its best feature. The incredibly unique Marbles meets RPG gameplay, building your team and recruiting rare characters, having an insanely large roster (although most of it is taken up by OC characters), collecting different outfits, collecting different moves and abilities, and even the story in which our main characters aren't Goku, Vegeta, and etc. but the kids of the series. Goten, Trunks, Kid Goku, and Pan being our main companions which is extremely unusual and unique and actually made me appreciate all of those characters more. Everything in this game is so different than anything ever seen before. There's so, so, so much interesting stuff packed into this game besides the fusing. I'd also argue that enough love was put into this game as is on display in FighterZ. You really get a sense that the devs LOVE Dragon Ball.

When this game was first announced and I saw Karoly and the chibi art style I thought to myself wow, so this is how bad the Dragon Ball games are getting huh? What an absolute disaster. Then I saw some gameplay after it came out, dropped $30 on a whim, and spent probably over 100 hours in it. It's such an amazing game and making unique fusions was actually one of the more uninteresting parts of the game to me. I actually loved having a team of unfused characters from the series rather than fusing them all together into ridiculous combinations.

I pray to god they make a second one and add in as many characters from the shows as they can. Also, there's not a single SSJ2 in the game, not even SSJ2 Gohan. Fix that shit!

My only big complaint about the game was that it was too easy, especially if you get Super Saiyan. There's a certain point in the game where you're just one shotting every enemy and that starts getting boring really fast. But that only happens after you spend hours upon hours upon hours in the game.

I really crave a new abridged episode! Fingers crossed for Christmas and New Year... Anyways I love how they mentioned Dragonball Legends, Dragonball on the gba and Attack of the Saiyans. They have to be my top favorite games.

Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors 2 is #4

Stealin' your job Beerus (if only because I coincidentally saw the video up as soon as I opened my browser)

Predictions for top 3? I'm thinking

3. Legacy of Goku II/Buu's Fury (if they count them both under the same number)
2. Budokai Tenkaichi 3
1. Budokai 3

But then where does Burst Limit fit in? I can't imagine that they would exclude it from the entire list. Maybe it's #3 and Legacy of Goku II/Buu's Fury didn't even make the cut.

Hmm... Let me see... I don't think Legacy of Goku/Buu's Fury was a game that good to be on ToP 3 so I think it maybe be:

3. Dragon Ball GT: Transformation Infinite World or Burst Limit
2. Budokai Tenkaichi 2
1. Budokai 3

I don't see Tenkaichi 3 being this high on the list. Don't get me wrong, I love it to death, but I don't think the TFS crew are as enthusiastic about it.
