That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

Definitely Chuck Norris, the Chuck Norris 'facts' are far more widespread than Satan's. Also nothing said about Satan is ridiculous or nonsense. Hail Satan.

If Chaozu's powers are able to affect Kuririn, then he holds him while Tenshinhan first beats down Yamcha and then beats down the paralysed Kuririn. If not, Kuririn takes them both by himself, and punches off Tenshinhan's arm for good measure.

Krillin knows what Chiaotzu can do, so he quickly one-shots him. After that, it's Krillin and Yamcha vs Tien, which doesn't end well for the guy with three eyes.

Not always. It didn't work on Nappa because Nappa was too strong, being just over 6.5x stronger. With that said, I think Kuririn would be immune to it.

That seems to be Chiaotzu's theme as the story goes on
Anyway, since I don't see him being anywhere near Krillin's strength, I'd say Krillin's too tough to be affected by it, which makes Chiaotzu useless in this fight. Krillin and Yamcha take this.
