Dragonball Xenoverse - Things that need patching

Spoiler:

1) Gravity Impact Armour - gives Super Armour which is supposes to make your stamina get lowered when you take a hit, unfortunately the armour is so strong it can take on Ultimates without anything getting done to you.

2) Gravity Impact's Hitbox - This move got ruined in the new 1.02 patch. It can't even hit directly in front of you.

3) Piccolo's Square Attack - The hit range on this attack is just broken. You don't even have to be anywhere near the opponent.

4) Vegito's throw - If you use Vegito's throw on somebody taller than himself (don't ask) you will get sent into the floor for the duration of the grab, depending on where it's used you can get stuck in the floor.

5) Energy Barrier Escape Move - This has the same properties as Force Shield (Vegito) and Energy Field (17/Super 17) except it does not defend against Super moves properly.

6) "I am... Super Vegeta" Z Soul - Even when you are not transformed you keep the damage buff that the Z Soul gives. The Z Soul icon also never appears after the patch. Though it stayed beforehand.

7) Vanishing - Sometimes when you vanish you have a random chance to be put back into the exact same spot you were in. Effectively wasting 2 bars of stamina.

Beam Super Hits Bug - If you enter a beam Super or Ultimate as it is disappearing you have a chance to get sent along the blast getting hit by 5 more hits than the max allowed by that ultimate.

10) Invincibility bug - This move should only give invincibility when it is used while Guarding. Cell's "All Clear" move shows how it should be.

11) Piccolo's grab - Self explanatory

12) World Tournament is broken - Most combos will not work on the tournament due to being confined in a small area and the grassy area being above an invisible barrier which makes you recover when above it.

14) Gohan's string - If you use Gohan's Square x5 Triangle x3 string at the top of the stage the 1st triangle will miss most characters.

19) Burter's Charged Triangle - For whatever reason, Burter cannot fully charge his normal triangle. Though he can fully charge all other charge attacks.

I'm stuck at the part where you have to fight inside Freeza's ship in Ginyu's body. Kuririn keeps dieing on me. The one that really bugs me is that how annoying the camera can be. It gets in the way so badly when you are fighting a ton of shit on screen at once.

I don't know why people are having trouble there. I beat the mission with both Krillin and Gohan with at least 90% health.

It gets easier after Guldo escaped. You just have to find strategy and combination that work for you. I used weak attack as a means of combo chain and Milky Cannon. Kuririn's declining health is inevitable. Just defeat the enemies quickly. It would be a good idea to level up your character a little bit and build up your Basic Attack.

Kuririn seems to die much faster after Guldo escapes. I guess I could keep on leveling up my character but I don't want to over level him or otherwise he will kill everyone too easily.

Dragon Ball hunting...it's all chance. Was playing with a bud. Early on I was picking up Dragon Balls no problem...before the drought. Suddenly nothing was coming. We raced to see if I could get 1 Dragon Ball before he could get 2. He got 2, wished for Shocking Death Ball, then got 2 more before I got 1. It was a horrible time, albeit funny. I really hate the RNG.

You mean mission 3? I would think someone who just started should be able to complete that easy.

As for combos, you are given them in the pause menu. Add some snap vanishing and some supers and finish with an ultimate and you should be good, it ain't too hard once
you get it going.

My highest combo is 86 with Gogeta.

Yeah, number 3... I'm getting my ass kicked. If it's not an issue of level than I guess I really need to improve at the game. but seriously, Piccolo and Goku seem to focus on me, and they keep spamming their Ultimates. I was just hitting dead on by a Makankosappo and then by a Super Kamehameha immediately after that.

The problem I have right now is that even the basic melee doesn't seem to connect properly, and I don't know how to dash or teleport to continue after I've knocked someone away. Dashing doesn't seem to work well for me at all.

I think being on my old laptop that isn't running it well at all could be contributing to this problem.

So I beat Raditz's PQ, including Gohan... managed to get Kamehameha, Double Sunday, Raditz's gloves, Gohan's "leave my daddy alone" capsule, and a mix capsule. That's a great haul from one PQ! My strategy involved a lot of hit and run tactics, and I only just bothered to equip the healing item. I didn't know it restored a full bar of health! That's quite good.
