Perhaps Toei intended to allow a simulcast from Universe 6 from the get go. It would make sense, BoG had only been out a year in the U.S. "F" was released a few months after the Japanese theatrical release, and then they already took a hit in the domestic home release sales for "F" so why not try and milk the film internationally? He seriously said that?As for your first statement, I mean I don't know, I wouldn't really care if an american show got simulcast in japan, so why should Japan care if one of there series got Simulcast over here.

I don't think it'll be anything too big though, because while Shueisha was all "same week as Jump Festa", Dragon Ball failed to get a panel this year. I feel if it were really big we'd get a panel like BOG and F did their respective years.
