Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Resurrection 'F'"

I don't know how far this blog can be taken as 'canon' but it once again shows an interesting side to Vegeta: when he becomes stronger than a past opponent who thrashed him he doesn't seek revenge or care about them.

After Vegeta got wrecked by #18 he trained and attained his 'Super Vegeta' form and comfronted Cell right in front of #18. He could've easily spared a split second and killed #18 with ease but he had bigger fish to fry so she was simply irrelevent to him.
This has happened again with this blog, Freeza who tortured Vegeta to death and moved him to tears has returned. Instead of being like 'Oh boy I can settle the score!' he simply exclaims that Freeza is too weak to bother with and he has actual challenges now (Goku, Beerus and potnetially Whis)

I actually kinda like this, it shows that Vegeta isn't that petty and that he's truly got his eyes on the prize to become the strongest in the universe.

I think there's a good chance Beerus will get thrashed by Freeza going of the series' history of introducing a nearly unstoppable character only for him to get beaten by the next big baddy or SSJ form in the next saga.

Like how it was typical for the protagonist to always win after getting a new power-up? BoGs would like a word with you.

Both bishonen, well mannered and form a strong and significant bond with Gohan/Shinji. Albeit, it's a an alternate timeline version of Gohan, but it's Gohan nonetheless.

I actually kinda like this, it shows that Vegeta isn't that petty and that he's truly got his eyes on the prize to become the strongest in the universe.

His tone will change once he faces Freeza in person.

Gokû participating in the rivalry in 08 special was so much fun. I liked the subtle parts a lot, like him pulling up a chair next to Vegeta, or immediately homing in on him when they first arrive. And the "eats Vegeta's food, then asks if he was going to eat it". It creates a back and forth between then instead of it just being Vegeta prodding Gokû.

Other then it being fun it shows they aren't enemies anymore.

All that scene meant was that Vegeta put his jealousy/contempt behind him. Healthy rivalries are a thing.

To add onto this, even if they use Revival of "F" at some point, we have no idea what Funimation will go with.
Whatever they choose will be what most people will consider the English title.

While I like Resurgence, I think Funimation might use Freeza instead of just F. He's got brand recognition, after all. I'd expect them to capitalize on that.
