I highly doubt it. I can't see someone blowing up anything more than a planet on screen. At best we'll get some kind of statement like when Whis said Beerus could destroy the Solar System but we'll never see it happen.

He doesn't need to be wished back. Could come up with some stupid, contrived reason to bring him back and it'd work because... he's Cell.

Something like, one of his cells remained in space, regenerated over time into his fetal form, and lingered until it grew into his perfect form again.

Or maybe the fetus Krillin and Trunk killed remained alive through regeneration and gather the data of the Cell from the future.

Or Gero created more than one.

List goes on. Cell powering up to god level is more plausible than any villain in this series too.

GT never killed the franchise.

You could say that it did since no new DB series came out after 1997. GT ended with Goku Jr. fighting Vegeta Jr. which could have done a series with a new generation of Z fighters.

No Whis said that when beerus gets angry the entire solar system disappears, that means that beerus could easily destroy a solar system if he got pissed off, but when it comes to perfect cell, he said that he had enough ki to wipe out the solar system, which means that if he was too use all his ki energy he would be able to wipe out entire solar system, but not with ease like beerus could. I think with the how easily beerus was able to defeat ssj3 goku and all the z fighters, i think he could destroy a galaxy at full power.

I remember during the Fukatsu no F promo there was this statement about this being a whole universe awaits thing. Thats why i think its possible that we might see a universe being destroyed and maybe goku traveling to the other multiverse too meet with gods after Freeza battle and then the movie might end with a cliffhanger and be continued in the next year or something crazy like that

I liked how ended with Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. but I also found it a extreme and utterly bullsh*t that they can transform in SSJ with less than 1/16 Saiyan blood in their veins

No it has nothing to do with that. I want to see Goku destroy a galaxy so we could see Goku evolvement in the series, remember Goku constantly trains and gets stronger in every movie, i just want too see the result of Goku training and so that the fans can see his true power. Whats the difference between ssj1 Goku and ssj3 Goku in terms of feats? NONE! they both can fly, shoot blasts that and throw punches, the series just got repetitive because there was nothing new introduced in it. It was always just mindless fist fighting even when characters could easily prove their point by destroying a solar system.

I just want to have something in this movie that i could remember, that's why i am hoping that we get to see at least galaxy busting from Goku, Vegeta or Frieza.

A villain training to beat the good guy - its new, not only to the series but to shounen genre overall.
Vegeta training under a master and have Goku as classmate - New.
Both Goku and Vegeta have new outfits - First time that happens in a movie too.

You already have three so far.

If Vegeta beats the main villain, it will be another new thing. But your wish has already been granted.

I would like to see a special about Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta before they plan to go to Earth, Freeza's Empire more explored, Dr. Gero early life, Bididi, Boo and Babidi and maybe a special that is set in the 7 years before Boo-Saga

There is a lot of things that could be even more explored in Dragon Ball

It "killed" the anime franchise for the little while (15 years?) but the franchise did not die to to other stuff like games, toys, commercials, cameos, and worldwide popularity.

Freeza's Empire more explored

I think FnF will be a golden opportunity to explore Freeza's empire. I mean his Freeza's empire effectively create the plot for the movie. I'd love to see how it all began and on top of that, show how Freeza grew up during the empire's rise to prominence. I mean FnF is pretty much Freeza's movie.
