Sorry if someone already asked this... but has there been any explanation for the fact that Zamasu (basically a Kaioh) does have healing abilities and superior deities (U7 and U10 Kaioshins) not?
Chapter 21 says that Kibito has got such abilities to support the Kaioshin he servers... so are healing abilities something limited to lower level "divine" beings for some reason?
Do you think Zamasu would have lost this power in case he normally completed his Kaioshin training and officially become the new U10 Kaioshin (with his life then tied to U10 God of Destruction's one)?

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Based on the information we currently have, that's probably the situation. I personally think Zamasu would keep his healing gifts since he's a prodigy.
How do you figure? From my recollection, Future Zamasu wanted to take refuge on another planet rather than Future Earth being the only planet they attacked.Zeru14 wrote:I'm also glad Toyo unlike Toei made the Supreme Kai's play a more active role, and not just have them show up only for the Potara fusion. One thing I noted is that in this chapter Future Zamasu and Black stated that the only planet they attacked so far is Earth, that means that New Namek and their Dragonballs are still intact.

So, is Black's SSRose multiplier just garbage? If so how can it be considered superior to SSGod?

I don't like it because it canonizes a mistake. Trunks was originally from 20 years in the future, once he returns to his timeline he only has to wait 8 months to make anoher trip so then he ends up being from 17 years in the future. Eventually at some point Toriyama forgot this and thought Trunks was always from 17 years in the future and this makes that official.Noah wrote:So you don't like when they try to explain stuff to us?Miracles wrote:A detailed explanation on timeline/parallel worlds surely got me screaming and doing push ups.

I don't even care about the mistakes anymore. I can't! Every time I think about it, I come to the same conclusion; "What the hell is time travel even doing in Dragon Ball?!"TheUltimateNinja wrote:I don't like it because it canonizes a mistake. No it doesn't make, there's no official canon, you can keep Super as a separated thing from the original manga and still enjoy for what it is, but didn't that "20 years in the future" was just a TV Special 2 thing? I thought in the manga was 17 and how this chapter confirms that Trunks waited 8 months instead of 3 years to go to the past in the Android arc?TheUltimateNinja wrote:I don't like it because it canonizes a mistake. The problem is that this would mean Trunks was only 14 years old when he first came to the past and that he didn't grow at all for 3 years.Jinzoningen MULE wrote: I don't even care about the mistakes anymore. No, Trunks tells Goku he's from 20 years in the future when he first comes to the past. He then waits 8 months in his own timeline and goes back 17 years. However according to this chapter he was always from 17 years in the future all along, which is wrong.Noah wrote:No it doesn't make, there's no official canon, you can keep Super as a separated thing from the original manga and still enjoy for what it is, but didn't that "20 years in the future" was just a TV Special 2 thing? Let's be exact, Bulma doesn't say the time machine could never get reset before, she is talking specificly about now. Maybe it's because the link between the two timelines is weaker now, because the macine got old, and if she moves something, the link will fade.TheUltimateNinja wrote:No, Trunks tells Goku he's from 20 years in the future when he first comes to the past. We factually know that the machine has been reset before. Even if you want to consider that Trunks did wait the 3 years, which would make the number of 17 a mistake, we also have Cell's time travel with the time machine that was used by Trunks before, meaning it was reset to 25 years.
Heno heno kappa!
