Goten loses both times. His strength doesn't really matter if he can't reach who he's fighting. All either Vegeta or Cell would have to do is fly around and spam blasts at him. Eventually Vegeta would get tired of his blasts not doing anything, and Final Flash him. Cell would do the same thing with a Kamehameha. Or just blow up the planet.

He can jump you know. If Dragonball Goku can do it then so can a SSJ Goten.

That was in a tournament setting, and also back when flying actually consumed a lot of energy. And he still lost.
Or were you referring to when he fought Nam? In which case his opponent couldn't fly either. Jumping is no replacement for actual flight.

I'd say Pikkon. He took out Super Perfect Cell, who was at least on the same level as Bojack (if I'm not mistaken, most here consider him stronger), so Bojack shouldn't be any match for Pikkon.

Maybe, but Pikkon still beat him. I don't see how it being a technique makes it any different. It's not like that technique would be any less effective against Bojack.
