Yeah, seeing this makes me realize that Cell is probably my favourite villain design in Dragon Ball.TonyTheTiger wrote:If he can make a Cell Jr. that's as strong as the Super Perfect Cell from back then then I can only assume he's currently no weaker than Super Saiyan 3.

And yet Freeza is irrelevant! Wow... just wow.

Freeza isn't the type to train nor get stronger. All Freeza likes to do is keep anyone from surpassing him, barring his family. Making him relevant in the same vein as Cell would be out of character for him.Attitudefan wrote:And yet Freeza is irrelevant! Wow... just wow.
Anyway, it's kind of a bummer that Cell won't have something like a new transformation for his power up. I know that doesn't make much sense since he is already complete, but it would've been cool none the less.

Ah Cell, you gorgeous, handsome bastard. I love you.
Seriously, I hope Cell survives this just so we can continue to see him.

I would like to see Cell kill Bojack since it been a while since we see someone get killed in DBM. I think Pan from Vegito's universe is the last one that we saw that got killed?

Is Bojack claiming that he isn't all just brute force but he can strategize when he needs to? if so, thats cool on his part.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

Given Goku and Vegeta's nonchalant reactions, I find it hard to believe he's SS3 level. I'm pretty sure this Vegeta doesn't even have SS3 yet he's not worried at all.

No way Bojack will win. SSJ2 Gohan defeated him.

I think they said he does in the novelization of the story. He just doesn't use it due to the drawbacks, so he just refined his Super Saiyan 2 form.Saiga wrote:Given Goku and Vegeta's nonchalant reactions, I find it hard to believe he's SS3 level. I was going off the novelization. My translation was a total crapshoot but I read it as he didn't want to obtain it due to the drawbacks.Insertclevername wrote:I think they said he does in the novelization of the story. I love this Cell. So damn strong.
I can see his power rivaling Majin Boo. I can't wait to see him fight someone on his level!
Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Freeza was already irrelevant in the canon manga, why expect anything different?Attitudefan wrote:Who's to say there wasn't an experience that changed him to make him train?Insertclevername wrote:Freeza isn't the type to train nor get stronger. Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Freeza did change. He made an effort to master his control over his true form, like Coola. So yeah, he made progress. He just didn't change enough to be constantly improving himself like the Saiyans and other fighters. Having him change more than that would be too out of character for him I believe.

It was also hinted by Salagir that Freeza will have a 5th form as well, I think.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
There's also a bunch of lower tier characters like Pan, Kuririn, Cyborg Yamucha or Kakkarotto that Freeza could fight. The one good thing about DBM is that no one is irrelevant as there is always a tier that could match your favorite character.

I just hope they make Freeza's fifth form look different from Coola. Most fan of Freeza's fifth form just have him look like Coola but with a different color.DBZGTKOSDH wrote:It was also hinted by Salagir that Freeza will have a 5th form as well, I think.

Seriously, sometimes it seems like you have an issue with stuff just for the sake of having an issue.
